The new boss Iniquitous Baptist spawns in Gavireh Lajavard, Sumeru. It's a new region in the Dendro nation. You can use the southmost waypoint in the Gate of Zulqarnain to reach its cavern quickly. Here's how to enter the cavern of this boss fast and conveniently.

  1. Use the southwestern teleport waypoint in Tunigi Hollow.
  2. Head west and follow the path to enter the cavern.
  3. Keep going along the path on the minimap to the end of the cave.
  4. Glide to land on the platform.
