Amongst the three new characters in 3.0, only Dori is not Dendro - she is a 4-star Electro Claymore user. She will debut on both Kokomi and Ganyu banner reruns that will go live during phase 2 of Genshin Impact 3.0. The phase 2 banners will kick in, between September 7-14 by our best estimate.

Faded Red Satin, Trimmed Red Silk and Rich Red Brocade drop from the new Eremite mobs. These human opponents are the equivalent of the Treasure Hoarders that already exist in the game. If you collect enough lower-tiered items, you can convert them into higher-tiered ones.

Thunderclap Fruitcore

Thunderclap Fruitcore is dropped by Level 30+ Electro Regisvines. It is a Normal Boss challenge found in Mawtiyima Forest, Sumeru.

Dori's talent items can be collected from Steeple of Ignorance. Satin, Silk, and Brocade, as mentioned above, can be farmed from Eremites.

Genshin Impact Dori — Dori is going to fit well with Sumeru's Dendro characters.

Bloodjade Branch can be collected from the Beneath the Dragon-Queller Trounce Domain, after you face off against Azhdaha. They only drop from Level 70+ Azhdaha, although you can also use Dream Solvent to convert another domain reward of the same category into a Bloodjade Branch.
