Therefore, you can climb to the peak of the highest mountain in the Morte Region to obviously spot Celestia.

Celestia is an inaccessible location. The land of Teyvat's Gods is a secret location that is only mentioned in myths. It seems that you cannot access it until the end of the game story.

Genshin Impact may unlock Chenyu Vale in update 4.4 with the release of Xianyun.
