Wuthering Waves 3.7 Leak Summary

Patch Snapshot

• Expected start: around 1 October 2026, after Version 3.6 ends on 30 September.
• Preview broadcast estimate: mid to late September.
• New limited 5-stars: Hsin in phase 1, Suoming in phase 2.

Leaked Banner List

Current 3.7 recaps also list three new Echo sets, a partial Story Replay, a 3D Party Menu toggle, and inventory stacking for identical Echoes with the same set and main stat. No new open-world map is in that recap.

Hsin

Official: 5-star, Mengzhou’s Moon Fox Sentinel, first playable Sentinel. Power name: Fractal Proliferation. She splits into tethered Fractal Forms that share sensation, then folds back into one body. She is also tied to interlocking mechanisms and Mengzhou’s Autopuppets.

Leak consensus: Electro Rectifier main DPS with two combat phases and two Resonance Modes.

How She Plays

Response Phase (default)

• Uses Profound Mechanism attacks.
• Builds Response Heart to 100.
• At 100, unlocks Treading the Mortal World, a Heavy Attack that deals Resonance Skill DMG and grants short damage plus interruption immunity.
• Out of combat she can become a Heart Fox. That form restores 2% Max HP per second and stops enemies from detecting her.

Illumination Phase (after Liberation)

• Summons Myriad Phases Divine Palace and gets a new moveset.
• Can walk on water and drift through air while spending Stamina.
• Builds Illumination Heart to 300.
• At 300, unlocks Myriad Barriers Linked in Balance, which starts Omnipotent Command for 13 seconds and enhances Basic Attacks and Dodge Counter.

Resonance Liberations

• Revolving Phase / Pillars Across Heaven puts her into Illumination Phase, starts Heart-Phase-Heart-Born, and grants 21 Decree stacks.
• Decree summons Flying Ramparts, coordinated Electro attacks that fire when teammates deal damage.
• Myriad Blazing Hanging Heaven returns her to Response Phase and ends the enhanced state.

Two Resonance Modes

• Unison: she responds to the team Unison trigger. Compatible units gain Final DMG, 3% per stack, up to 2 stacks. Her Outro path can give 20% All DMG Amplification.
• Electro Flare: she builds Thunderheart Domain from Electromagnetic Burst stacks, then spends them for extra Electro Flare damage. Her Outro path can give 20% Electro DMG Amplification.

Shorter summaries match the same skeleton: Resonance Skill DPS, up to 21 coordinated hits from the first Liberation, Unison amp for the teammate who triggers it, and an Outro that changes with her mode. Electro Rover is the free partner most posts name.

Hsin Outro: Herself a Thousand Lanterns

• Hits the target for Electro DMG equal to 100% of Hsin’s ATK.
• After Resonance Liberation: Pillars Across Heaven, she gains Nightglow.
• Outro spends Nightglow.
• Unison mode: teammates who gain Unison get Shared Light, then 20% All DMG Amplification for 30s after her Outro.
• Electro Flare mode: teammates other than Hsin get 20% Electro DMG Amplification for 20s.
• Effects end early if she switches Resonance Mode.

Hsin Materials

Current farming cards show Crit Rate +8% and ATK +12% on ascent, 2,030,000 Shell Credits on the main block, a new teal cube line, a new plant line, and a separate weekly drop from Suoming’s.

Suoming

Official: 5-star from Huating. Founder and Seal Master of the Ten Seals Covenant, later Intendant of the Ministry of Sentinel Affairs. Power name: Frequency-Locking. She seals a target’s frequency and can borrow a Forte, capped at ten anchored frequencies.

Leak consensus now: Electro Sword hybrid. Umbrella-blade and chain animations. Older Havoc Rectifier labels from June are outdated.

Official test footage already shows her charging Concerto with umbrella and chain attacks, then swapping into Hsin.

Basic Kit

• 3-hit Electro Basic string.
• Canopy Basics replace the string after state changes and can go up to 4 hits.
• Mid-air plunge consumes Stamina.
• Dodge Counter feeds back into later Canopy Basics.
• Closed Umbrella Form / Breach Gap is a Resonance Skill that deals Electro DMG, can counter an incoming hit, nullifies that damage, immobilizes nearby enemies, grants interruption immunity, then triggers Crimson Flash.

States

• Liberation starts from her first state and grants Unison.
• Consuming that state raises Basic Attack damage.
• Rising Thought and Deep Thought change which follow-up Basics and Skills she gets after a Skill or Counter.
• She can fire up to 6 coordinated attacks in the shorter kit cards.

Team Support Layer

Current text lists stacked Electro DMG Deepening: 20% from one Prolonged Performance line, up to 40% more through Harmonized Pact, and another 20% from a second Prolonged Performance effect, plus Unison Final DMG. Those values are raw beta text and may be double-counted across passives.

Shorter cards also say she has four Intro effects that can raise her damage by 50%, and that her Electro plus Resonance Skill buffs get stronger if the incoming unit is Hsin.

Base stats on one leak card: 10300 HP, 463 ATK, 1149 DEF, with the same +8% Crit Rate and +12% ATK ascent bonuses as Hsin.

Suoming Outro: Canopy Rumble

• Incoming Resonator gains 20% Electro DMG Amplification.
• If that Resonator has Unison Boon, they also gain 25% Resonance Skill DMG Amplification for 8s or until swapped out.

That Outro is why Hsin’s skill-damage kit and Suoming’s field time look designed as one rotation: Suoming builds Unison, hands Hsin a skill amp, Hsin dumps coordinated attacks, then either stays in Electro Flare or flips to team-wide Unison amp.

Suoming Materials

Current farming cards use a Sword icon, white-butterfly plants, dark gold-core spheres, and a different weekly drop from Hsin. Credit totals match Hsin: 2,030,000 plus 170,000.

Weapons

Both signatures are shown at level 90 with 587 ATK and 24.3% Crit Rate. Official English names are not locked. Client shots use Chinese names.

Hsin Signature Rectifier: 玉阙玄华

Also translated in patch lists as Blooming Jadehaven or Flowers Blooming in the Palace.

R1 effect:

• 12% All-Attribute DMG Bonus
• After applying Electro Flare or responding to Unison, Resonance Skill DMG is deepened by 36%
• That Resonance Skill DMG ignores 10% Electro RES
• While Hsin is on-field, nearby targets take 30% deepened Electro Flare DMG for 30s
• Same-name effects take the highest value

Suoming Signature Sword: 沉冥

Also translated as Unspoken Rue or Silent Darkness.

R1 effect:

• 12% ATK
• On gaining Unison: Electro DMG +30% for 30s
• On gaining Unison: she gains one named state and removes the other, then gives the team 24% Electro DMG Bonus for 30s
• When her own Concerto energy is consumed: the states flip and she gets an extra 40% Electro DMG for 14s
• The self buff ends early if she swaps
• Same-name effects do not stack

Heart of Sworn Vigil

Tagged as Hsin’s set.

• 2-piece: Electro DMG +10%
• 5-piece: inflicting Electro Flare, obtaining Unison, or triggering Unison Response raises the wearer’s Crit Rate by 15% and grants 22.5% Electro DMG for 30s

Flash of Electric Reflection

Likely the swap or support Electro set.

• 2-piece: Electro DMG +10%
• 5-piece: inflicting Electro Flare grants 10% Electro DMG Bonus for 15s. While that is active, Outro gives the incoming Resonator 25% Electro DMG Bonus for 15s

Flower of Tinged Yearning

Healer set with Unison synergy. Not required by Hsin or Suoming, but clearly built for the same patch mechanic.

• 2-piece: Healing Bonus +10%
• 5-piece: healing a teammate raises all teammates’ ATK by 10% for 30s. If the wearer then gains Unison or triggers Unison Response, that ATK buff gains another 15%

Hsin 4-Cost Main Echo

Unnamed Cost 4 Calamity Class Echo with Hsin’s silhouette. Carries both new Electro set icons.

• 10% Electro DMG Bonus in the main slot
• Inflicting Electro Flare, gaining Unison, or triggering Unison Response grants another 10% Electro DMG Bonus for 30s
• 20s cooldown

Other 3.7 Echo notes: four new Echoes, a Phantom Echo called Skywatch Lancer, and a new monster. Older lists also mention Sunso Changwi. Names will probably shift in English.

Events, Endgame, and QoL

Events

• Cubie Wars, also translated as Brawl Between Saealsim Warriors

• 3D Party Menu with posed character models, toggleable back to 2D
• Identical Echoes with the same set and main stat occupy one inventory slot

A separate shop leak about tagged cumulative recharge rewards is too thin to treat as a finished battle pass. Moon-Chasing Festival flavor is attached to Hsin’s official drip, so a festival event in 3.7 is likely even if the exact event UI is not public.

How the Two Kits Connect

The official combat video already plays the pair as one loop: Suoming builds Concerto with umbrella and chains, Outro into Hsin, Hsin fills her gauge and Liberation, swap back, then Hsin’s second Liberation closes the pack.

Leak text makes that loop explicit.

1. Suoming enters Rising Thought, gains Unison, and either stays on-field for her 14s self Electro window or hands the field over.
2. Canopy Rumble gives Hsin 20% Electro Amp and 25% Resonance Skill Amp if Unison Boon is up.
3. Hsin spends that window in Electro Flare mode for coordinated Ramparts, or Unison mode if the third slot needs a general amp.
4. Heart of Sworn Vigil, the new 4-cost Echo, and Hsin’s rectifier all trigger off the same three verbs: Electro Flare, Unison, Unison Response.
