It’s no doubt that money is everything in GTA Online. That said, PC players have often struggled to enjoy the game because of modders and hackers ruining public lobbies. The good news is that Rockstar has introduced a new anti-cheat system for GTA Online to solve this issue.

The upcoming GTA Online update for PC players of GTA 5 will bring the BattleEye anti-cheat system to GTA Online. Many fans speculate that this is a precursor to the highly anticipated release of GTA 5's next-gen update for PC.

New Anti-Cheat System in GTA Online

Anti-cheat has been highly requested for GTA Online, as PC enthusiasts have had to choose between risking encounters with hackers or playing alone in private lobbies.

Of course, you can still play solo, however, it's more fun when enjoying the game in a crowded lobby, which also rewards players with bonus cash and RP.

Rockstar is currently developing GTA 6.
