Diablo Immortal reaches its third anniversary milestone on June 1. The development team has prepared multiple events and content additions to commemorate this achievement. Consequently, players can expect significant new content throughout the celebration period.
Server maintenance will occur on May 27 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. PDT for Oceania, East Asia, Southeast Asia, and Europe. Additionally, Americas servers will undergo maintenance on May 28 from 1 a.m. to 3 a.m. PDT. All new features become available after maintenance concludes.
Major Anniversary Events
Trial of True Evils
The Trial of True Evils serves as the anniversary's flagship event. This challenge runs from June 1 at 3 a.m. through June 19 at 3 a.m. server time. Players face four iconic bosses: The Butcher, Baal, Skarn, and Diablo himself.
These encounters scale to match player power levels. Therefore, any adventurer at level 30 or above can participate. New bosses become available every few days during the event. Furthermore, players can challenge multiple bosses consecutively near the event's conclusion.
Successful participants earn themed rewards including a Butchie Familiar Transmog, Legendary Crests, random Set items, and random Legendary items. Moreover, all players receive a themed Avatar Frame upon logging in during the event period.
Set Gear Reforging Event
A new reforging system debuts during the anniversary celebration. From June 1 to June 19, players can convert three identical Set Items into an enhanced version. This process occurs through the Threefold Rebirth menu interface.
The reforged items feature up to three Attributes and three Affixes. Consequently, players can optimize their existing gear collections more effectively. This system provides value for surplus Set Items that players have accumulated.
Infernal Trials Event

Each account can claim only one gem through this promotion. The gem represents a preview of content planned for future major updates.
Additional Limited-Time Events
The Prince's Trail
The Prince's Trail event runs from June 12 to June 23. Players receive rewards by logging in on the second, fourth, and eighth days of the event. These rewards include Telluric Pearls, Legendary Crests, and Rare Crests.
Additionally, participants gain a 100% experience bonus for Battle Pass progression during the event period. This event requires a minimum level of 30 to participate.
Conditional Drop Rate Enhancement
A special drop rate event operates from June 1 to June 19. Players who use 30 Eternal Legendary Crests or Legendary Crests without receiving a 5-Star Legendary Gem gain enhanced drop rates. The bonus begins with the 31st crest and increases cumulatively.
The initial bonus provides a 1.125% increase on the 31st attempt. This percentage increases with each subsequent attempt. Furthermore, the 41st attempt and beyond receive a 2.25% increase per attempt. The 50th attempt guarantees a 5-Star Legendary Gem drop.
Battle Pass and Cosmetic Content
Last Light's Keepers
Battle Pass 40 launches on June 7 and concludes on July 3. This pass contains 40 ranks of rewards including Crests, Hilts, and Legendary Gems. The theme focuses on arcane knowledge and mystical elements.
Sublime Lineage of Beasts Cosmetic Set
A new cosmetic set becomes available through the in-game shop. The Sublime Lineage of Beasts set costs 4,500 Eternal Orbs. This set features beast-themed visual elements for character customization.

Barbarian Changes

Battle Pass Enhancements
The Standard Battle Pass now offers choice rewards at Rank 40. Players can select between a 2-Star Legendary Gem Selection Chest or a Telluric Pearl. Additionally, the Premium Battle Pass includes new 2-Star Legendary Gem Selection Chests, Normal Gems, and Gem Fragments.
