DOOM: The Dark Ages has a bunch of collectibles, but the toys stand out the most. Like the earlier games, you can grab mini versions of major characters and enemies to check out in the extras menu.

There are 24 toys total, scattered across 19 of the game’s 22 chapters. Snagging them all gets you the Toy Collector Trophy/Achievement, and each toy boosts the completion percentage for its chapter.

Toy #1: Imp (Chapter 1)

Doom The Dark Ages Toy1 Imp

About halfway through Chapter 1, you’ll grab a blue key to move forward. Instead of going through the main gate, head left along the path and look for an alley with a smaller locked gate. Behind it, you’ll spot a question mark icon—that’s where the Imp toy is.

Toy #2: Soldier (Chapter 1)

Doom The Dark Ages Toy2 Soldier

While smashing four Demonic Portals in Chapter 1, you’ll find a weapon container with the Shredder. Nearby, there’s a ledge you can drop onto, which leads to the Soldier toy.

Toy #3: Imp Stalker (Chapter 2)

Doom The Dark Ages Toy3 Imp Stalker

Right after picking up the Shield Saw in Chapter 2, you’ll hit a spot where you need to pull a lever to open a door. Before that, backtrack and check for some stacked crates on your left. Climb them, drop down a nearby shaft, and you’ll find the Imp Stalker toy at the bottom.

Toy #4: Hell Knight (Chapter 4)

Doom The Dark Ages Toy4 Hell Knight

In the “Clear the Barracks” part of Chapter 4, you’ll pass an area with three gold pieces in front of a boarded-up doorway with a blue target. Slam through the target with a shield charge to reach a new spot with more gold and the Hell Knight toy.

Toy #5: Serrat (Chapter 5)

Doom The Dark Ages Toy5 Serrat

After exiting the building where you get the Super Shotgun in Chapter 5, you’ll hit a ledge you can drop down to. Clear out the demons, then look for climbable walls leading to a staircase. The Serrat toy is at the top.

Toy #6: Slayer (Chapter 6)

Doom The Dark Ages Toy6 Slayer

While taking out the five Gore Portals in Chapter 6, you’ll find the secret key in the map’s center. Right next to it is a locked door—open it to grab the Slayer toy.

Toy #7: Mancubus (Chapter 6)

Doom The Dark Ages Toy7 Mancubus

Before falling back to the wall in Chapter 6, look for a climbable wall near a Sentinel Shrine that leads to a huge statue overlooking the battlefield. The Mancubus toy is tucked between the statue’s legs.

Toy #8: Pinky Rider (Chapter 7)

Doom The Dark Ages Toy8 Pinky Rider

Early in Chapter 7, you’ll be in an open area with a big stone statue. Head into the nearby structure to reach the rafters, where you’ll find some gold. Look left for a boarded-up wall in the distance—break through it with a shield charge. This takes you to another part of the courtyard, where you can climb a wall to a secret area. Go up the stairs there to find the Pinky Rider toy.

Toy #9: Witch (Chapter 8)

Doom The Dark Ages Toy9 Witch

The Chapter 8 toy is easy to locate since all collectibles show up on the map. It’s in a tower near an open area with raised wooden platforms, but it’s stuck under a metal cage. To free it, throw your shield at the blue gear in a nearby alcove. First, though, hit the red metal cross in the alcove to the right—it’s tricky to spot, but you can just barely see it from the right side of the cage.

Toy #10: Vagary (Chapter 9)

Doom The Dark Ages Toy10 Vagary

If you grabbed the Chapter 9 secret key earlier, use it to access some wooden platforms above the stage. After a bit of jumping, you’ll find the Vagary toy alongside a ruby statue.

Toy #11: Cyberdemon (Chapter 10)

Doom The Dark Ages Toy11 Cyberdemon

During the “Obtain the Atlan Core” part of Chapter 10, you’ll reach an open area with a key door. Look right to spot a floating platform anchored by two metal chains. Drop off the nearest ledge to hit a blue boost pad, which launches you to the platform and the Cyberdemon toy.

Toy #12: Atlan (Chapter 11)

Doom The Dark Ages Toy12 Atlan 1

Right after finishing the Atlan section at the start of Chapter 11, turn around and jump back onto the Atlan you were piloting. The Atlan toy is sitting on its head.

Toy 13: Kreed Maykr (Chapter 12)

Doom The Dark Ages Toy13 Kreed Maykr

After grabbing the yellow keycard in Chapter 12, drop down to the area below, but instead of going straight down, jump across the shaft and grab the opposite wall to reach a room with gold. Shield charge a vent cover on the other side to enter a new area with the Chapter 12 secret key. Keep playing until you get the Autoturret shield rune. You’ll end up back near the key door from earlier—behind it is the Kreed Maykr toy.

Toy 14: Arachnotron (Chapter 14)

Doom The Dark Ages Toy14 Arachnotron

A few minutes into Chapter 14, you’ll pass through an old ship’s remains. Stick to the left wall to find a blue target you can shield charge through, leading to the Arachnotron toy.

Toy 15: Revenant (Chapter 14)

Doom The Dark Ages Toy15 Revenant

After shutting down the three Statis Emitters in Chapter 14, you’ll unlock a new dragon landing site and need to find the BFC. At the landing site, clear out the demons, then look for a cylindrical structure. Jump to it, head inside, and use the blue boost pad in the center to reach the top. From there, jump off the ledge behind you to grab the Revenant toy.

Toy 16: Agaddon Hunter (Chapter 15)

Doom The Dark Ages Toy16 Agaddon Hunter

After tons of platforming in Chapter 15, you’ll reach an area with a Wraithstone and the portal activation device. Before dropping to the portal, look back where you came from to spot some wood with a blue target. Shield charge it to blast through and land on the Agaddon Hunter toy.

Toy 17: Battle Knight (Chapter 16)

Doom The Dark Ages Toy17 Battle Knight

The Battle Knight toy is behind a metal grate in a small alcove. Follow the rocks to the right, climb the wall, and stand on the red floor panel. Throw your shield at the red metal cross in the alcove to the left of the toy’s alcove. This breaks the metal, dropping the grate so you can grab the toy.

Toy 18: Cacodemon Hybrid (Chapter 17)

Doom The Dark Ages Toy18 Cacodemon Hybrid

After passing the large green gate in Chapter 17, a hole opens in a nearby ship. Go through it, then shield charge the crate on your right to align it with the hole in the ship’s side. Head outside, line up the metal eye device near the gate with the cage on the crate, and throw your shield to destroy the cage. Grab the Cacodemon Hybrid toy from the crate.

Toy 19: Komodo (Chapter 18)

Doom The Dark Ages Toy19 Komodo

In Chapter 18, you’ll find a blue gear on one of the outer walls of the beast’s belly. Hit it with the shield saw to move the wall back, revealing a secret area. Follow the gold trail to drop into a new area with demons. Clear them out, and before jumping through the red portal that opens, grab the Komodo toy to your left. Beating those enemies also completes the Swallowed Whole challenge.

Toy 20: Acolyte (Chapter 19)

Doom The Dark Ages Toy20 Acolyte

Right after picking up the blue skull in Chapter 19, drop down and head left. Use the skull to open the gate, and you’ll find the Acolyte toy on a ledge overlooking the central area.

Toy 21: Cosmic Baron (Chapter 20)

Doom The Dark Ages Toy21 Cosmic Baron

After grabbing the yellow key on the map’s outskirts in Chapter 20, drop down and open the key door to your right. Inside, you’ll find the Cosmic Baron toy and the Resurrection codex entry.

Toy 22: Maykr Drone (Chapter 20)

Doom The Dark Ages Toy22 Maykr Drone

Near a Sentinel Shrine in the center of Chapter 20’s map, pull a lever to access a hole in the ground. Drop down, climb the wall to the ledge above the metal cage, and look for a blue gear in an alcove. Throw your shield at it to open the gate below, letting you grab the Maykr Drone toy.

Toy 23: The Old One (Chapter 22)

Doom The Dark Ages Toy23 The Old One

In Chapter 22, The Old One toy is in a small alcove off the central area, reachable through a derelict building with a key door. It’s blocked by a metal grate at first, but clearing out the nearby demons lifts the grate, letting you grab the toy.

Toy 24: Ahzrak (Chapter 22)

Doom The Dark Ages Toy24 Ahzrak

Near the end of Chapter 22, you’ll ride a lift to an area with a Sentinel Shrine. Instead of moving forward, backtrack to grab the Chapter 22 secret key. Use it to open a nearby gate and return to the starting area. In the structure you passed through for the first toy, there’s another key door. Behind it is a hole in the ground with the Ahzrak toy. If you’ve collected all the other toys, this one unlocks the Toy Collector Trophy/Achievement.
