It is aimed at PC, iOS, and Android in 2026. Pre-registration is open. No launch day has been set. As of September 2026, after its second Tokyo Game Show showing, the game is still in the demo and pre-beta stage.

Who Is Making It
Control9 was founded by veterans of Goddess of Victory: NIKKE and Seven Knights 2. Co-CEOs Soon-gu Cho and Se-woong Kwon lead the project. Smilegate publishes it. Art director Hyung-seop Kim, known as Hyulla, is a key NIKKE illustrator. That lineup is why the game already has attention: NIKKE-like heroine art, published by the company behind Epic Seven and Chaos Zero Nightmare.
It first appeared in August 2025, then at TGS 2025, AGF Korea 2025, Anime Expo 2026, and TGS 2026.
The Setup
You play the Councilor, last survivor of a fallen first era. A future bureau that oversees time gives you limited control over local time and a squad of time-traveling heroines. Timelines are collapsing. The enemy force is often called the Triuma. Your job is to jump across eras, rewrite endings that already failed, and stop time from ending for good.
Developers compare the loop logic to Chrono Trigger: go back, change a future you have already seen. Rewind is also a combat tool, not only a story beat.
Combat

Fights run in real time on a grid or hex arena. A timeline or AP bar tracks who is ready. When a unit's turn arrives, time pauses. You move, place a skill, or fire an ultimate. Confirm, and the field moves again. Skills resolve in live space, so a zone can hit someone who walks into it a moment later.
Demo commands were Quick (short move plus one action), Active (second skill), and Ultimate (gauge finisher). The Councilor can rewind a bad line and try again. Party size in coverage is four or five. Auto play is meant for routine stages. Manual play is expected for raids and a Tower of Infinity. PvP is still experimental.
At TGS 2026 the team said it spent a year fixing muddy pacing, weak hit feedback, and a confusing turn indicator.
Outside Combat
The Councilor's Office is the social hub. Heroines can be summoned as aides for talk and story scenes. After missions, demos included short 3D date walks with conversation and photos. A Figure System lets you freeze a combat pose as a desk display. Mementos are inspectable story illustrations. Affection changes expression, lines, and posture.
Characters

The launch roster is not public. Names shown so far:
- Ende: cold mage, often called the Promise Guide. Main face of the marketing.
- Itsuka: flashy gal ninja (Swift Wind Thunder). Clone-style kits and convention favorite.
- Tieria: cyborg nun (Most Sacred Madness). Reserved, prayer-themed.
- Also shown: Lemon, Nyuu (also written Niu), Eve, and Maya.
Official posts call the collectible cast Returners. Hyulla's own early favorites: Ende for the face, Tieria for the physique, Itsuka for the personality.
Gacha and Release
It is a gacha with in-app purchases. Rates, pity, rarity ranks, and banner rules are not published. Do not assume Epic Seven generosity or NIKKE banner pressure until the numbers exist. Pre-registration rewards are planned to scale with signup totals. Control9 says it is preparing closed or open tests. Schedules are still TBA.
