Steps to start Yacht Missions in GTA 5

Here are the straightforward ways to get a Yacht Mission going in GTA 5.

Own a Yacht

Buy a Galaxy Super Yacht through the DockTease site on your in-game phone. Once it's yours, all the other steps open up. These yachts serve as the base for hosting the missions.

Meet Captain Darcy

Captain Brendan Darcy, your yacht's captain, hands out the missions. He shows up in your contacts after the yacht hits the water and you can board it.

Start the Missions

You get two solid options to kick things off.

  • On the Yacht - Sail over to your yacht and hit the bridge. Spot the yellow 'B' marker there to launch the first of the six missions.
  • Call the Captain - For the quickest start, grab your iFruit phone, check contacts, and ring Captain Darcy. He'll queue up the mission on the spot so you skip the trip to the yacht every time.

Finally – Play the Missions

Knock out these six co-op missions by yourself or with up to three buddies. They throw all sorts of challenges your way for some solid action.

A Superyacht Life - Salvage

Dive to recover cargo from a shipwreck, then defend your yacht from hijackers and rescue the captain and bartender.

A Superyacht Life - All Hands

Steal firefighting planes from LSIA to put out bush fires at country club estates.

A Superyacht Life - Icebreaker

Plot revenge on the Kkangpae: disable AC units, fight enemies and choppers, steal a truck.

A Superyacht Life - Bon Voyage

Handle a stormy cruise with engine failure, fix generators, fight attackers.

A Superyacht Life - D-Day

Submarine assault on an enemy yacht: navigate mines, storm the deck.

These co-op missions (1-4 players) unlock after owning a Galaxy Super Yacht and calling Captain Brendan Darcy or visiting the bridge. Finish all six as host for the Yacht Captain Outfit.
