MC Championship (MCC) has officially announced Snow Down, the 61st event in the series and the seventh of Season 5. Set for Saturday, December 13, 2025, at 8 PM GMT (3 PM ET), this festive winter extravaganza promises thrilling minigame battles, cozy team-ups, and the classic Dodgebolt finale.
Organized by Scott Major (Smajor1995) and the Noxcrew team, MCC Snow Down features 10 teams of 4 content creators each competing across a series of custom minigames. Teams earn coins based on their performance, with the top two facing off in Dodgebolt—a best-of-five archery showdown—to claim victory. Fans can watch live on the official MCC YouTube and Twitch channels, complete with viewer voting, live scoreboards, and post-event VODs.
A Festive Twist on MCC Tradition
Snow Down kicks off the "12 Days of MCC," a daily reveal series from December 1-12 leading up to the event. Games are teased one by one, building hype with winter-themed hints like "There's snow way you'll guess this one!" This is the first MCC since event 35 with no complete newcomers, though six players join the regular roster: apokuna, AvidYt, Couriway, Pangi, Steven Suptic, and xChocoBars. Notably, Couriway and Tubbo will compete via LAN during their joint subathon, and PeteZahHutt completes his quest to play on all 10 team colors with Yellow Yetis. It's also the first festive event without any Sims 4 creators.
Season 5 ("Art and Creativity") has already delivered winners like CaptainPuffy's team in Blank Canvas, Purpled's Builders' Guild squad, and the surprise 4CVIT crew in Mash Up. Who will add their name to the list?
