Just recently, PUBG has leaked a few images about what might be coming in the next season. Particularly, Sanhok is going to be remodeled to make the map fit better in the competitive setting of PUBG. Let's dive in and see what is going going to change in Sanhok 2.0and other leaks udpate.
Sanhok 2.0
So far, we know that 3 locations Boot Camp, Dock, and the Ruin will be changed in Sanhok 2.0. The terrain of many areas is also changed to make the map more competitive.
Boot Camp
All the trenches in Boot Camp have been removed. The new Boot Camp will have a symmetrical structure. There will be a bridge next to the river near Boot Camp, making it easier for people from nearby areas to come in.
The Docks
Another location on Sanhok that is going to get redesigned is The Docks. The Docks will be changed into a resort site called Party Zone.
If you notice carefully, they have changed the big Rock mountain next to Camp Alpha to be less rocky to avoid awkward end circles.
The Ruins
The Ruins have always been one of the hottest drops in Sanhok. It seems that it is going to turn into a Thailand temple in the new update with a completely new structure.
Other leaks
MG42
PUBG Mobile is going to have a new machine gun called MG42, which uses 7.62 ammo with a mag size of 50 or 250. It is still being developed.
2 new maps
We all know that PUBG maps are based on real locations in the world.
- Miramar in Mexico
- Erangel in the Black Sea
- Karakin in the Mediterranean Sea
- Vikendi in the Adriatic Sea
- Sanhok in the Andaman Sea
But in the image below there are 2 more locations marked on the map. Dev of PUBG has also confirmed that this image is totally intended and PUBG will be having 2 new maps in the future.
