Version 3.7, Prism’s Illusion, Heart’s Illumination, launches on September 30, 2026. It closes the Xuanfang story in Mengzhou and puts two new Electro Resonators on the same patch: Hsin in Phase 1 and Suoming in Phase 2. Four strong reruns sit beside them. That makes this one of the densest pull patches of the year. If you only have one or two guaranteed 5-stars saved, you need a plan before the first Tide is spent.

Everyone else should treat 3.7 as a team-building patch, not a collector sweep.

Banner Schedule

Phase 1 (September 30 to about October 21)

  • 5-stars: Hsin (new, Electro Rectifier), Iuno (rerun, Aero Gauntlets), Chisa (rerun, Havoc Broadblade)
  • 4-stars: Buling, Taoqi, Youhu
  • Weapons: Blooming Jadehaven (Hsin), Kumokiri (Chisa), Moongazer’s Sigil (Iuno)

Phase 2 (about October 21 to November 10)

  • 5-stars: Suoming (new, Electro Sword), Lynae (rerun, Spectro Pistols), Lucilla (rerun, Glacio Rectifier)
  • 4-stars: Lumi, Danjin, Chixia
  • Weapons: Unspoken Rue (Suoming), Freeze Frame (Lucilla), Spectrum Blaster (Lynae)

Login events add extra Tides across the patch, including 5 Radiant Tides plus 5 Lustrous Tides early, and 10 more Radiant Tides later. Use those to stretch a guarantee, not to start a third banner.

Moonlit Path also returns. Spenders can pick one of Carlotta, Shorekeeper, or Phoebe. That selector is not a substitute for a featured Convene, but it changes the math for older accounts that still lack a universal support or a Glacio DPS.

How to Read Value in 3.7

A banner is high value when it does at least one of these:

  1. Adds a new endgame team you cannot already field.
  2. Completes a team you already started.
  3. Gives a flexible unit that slots into several existing teams.
  4. Features a 4-star you actually want while you chase the 5-star.

A banner is low value when the featured unit only replaces someone you already own, or when the signature weapon is a luxury on top of a character you cannot afford.

Hsin and Suoming are designed as a pair. Hsin can function without Suoming through Electro Flare teams with Electro Rover and Buling. Suoming’s ceiling is much higher next to Hsin. That is the central budget question of the patch: pull one new Electro unit, or commit to both.

Phase 1 Value

Hsin: Highest new-character priority

Hsin is Mengzhou’s Moon Fox Sentinel and the first playable Sentinel. She is a 5-star Electro Rectifier main DPS with two Resonance Modes.

  • Electro Flare mode uses team-applied Electro Flare and Electro Rage. Electro Rover and Buling already cover this on a low-spend account. Chisa also fits Negative Status teams, which is why her rerun next to Hsin is not random.
  • Unison mode is the premium long-term path. It wants frequent swaps and is the mode that makes Suoming look mandatory later in the patch.

S0 Hsin works. She does not need her signature weapon to clear content, though Blooming Jadehaven is a large Resonance Skill and Electro Flare bump if you already have the character and leftover Tides.

Pull if: you need a modern Electro carry, you want the story Sentinel, or you plan to build the Unison pair in Phase 2.
Skip if: your Electro side is already finished and you would rather grab a rerun support that upgrades every team.

Iuno: Best rerun in Phase 1 for most accounts

Iuno is an Aero hybrid: off-field damage, Heavy Attack amplification, healing, and stamina help. She can main DPS in the right setup and still support Augusta, Jingran, and other Heavy Attack or hybrid teams. In current 3.6 rankings she sits near the top of the flexible roster.

Pull if: you lack a premium hybrid buffer or you play Heavy Attack teams.
Skip if: you already own Iuno at S0 and do not need chains. Extra copies are luxury, not account-saving.

Chisa: High value only for the right teams

Chisa is a Havoc support for Negative Status squads. She heals, shields, and enables the same status ecosystem Hsin wants. She is not as universal as Shorekeeper or Lynae. If you do not play Bane, Chafe, Flare, or similar status teams, her banner is a trap.

Pull if: you are building Hsin’s Flare team and do not have a dedicated status support.
Skip if: Verina, Suisui, Shorekeeper, or another sustain already covers your slots.

Phase 1 4-stars

Buling is the real prize. She applies Electro Flare and buffs Skill DMG, which is exactly what a fresh Hsin account needs for three weeks before Suoming arrives. Taoqi and Youhu are low priority. Do not spend extra Tides fishing for them.

Phase 2 Value

Suoming: High value if you pulled Hsin, medium if you did not

Suoming is an Electro Sword unit who can play on-field DPS or offensive sub-DPS. Her kit leans on state swapping, Basic Attack windows, Unison, and team buffs to Electro DMG and Resonance Skill DMG. Next to Hsin she is the premium partner. Without Hsin she is still a usable Electro damage dealer, but her unique selling point shrinks.

S0 is enough. S2 is the common stopping point if you want extra support power and already finished both characters.

Pull if: Hsin is already on the account, or you specifically want an Electro sub-DPS buffer.
Skip if: you skipped Hsin and already have Lynae or Lucilla covering your off-field needs.

Lynae: Best overall rerun of the entire patch

Lynae is a Spectro Pistol sub-DPS and Tune Break driver with wide damage amplification, including strong Resonance Liberation support. She fits more teams than almost anyone else on this patch. If your account is missing one premium off-fielder, Lynae is the safest rerun.

Pull if: you do not own her. This is the default “I can only afford one rerun” pick.
Skip if: you already have her and your Tune Break or generalist buff slot is filled.

Lucilla: High value for Glacio and Echo Skill accounts

Lucilla is a Glacio Rectifier sub-DPS for Chafe and Echo Skill teams. She is easy to build and pairs cleanly with Hiyuki and other Glacio carries. She is narrower than Lynae.

Pull if: you run Glacio or Echo Skill and lack her.
Skip if: you have no Glacio DPS to plug her into.

Phase 2 4-stars

Lumi, Danjin, and Chixia are old tools. Danjin is still fun for players who like high-risk Havoc play. None of them should decide whether you pull the 5-star.

Weapon Banner Value

Weapon Convenes in 3.7 are stacked with signatures, which sounds generous and is actually dangerous. Losing a 50/50 on a weapon banner can hand you a signature for a character you do not own.

Pull weapons only after the character is secured.

Priority order:

  1. Blooming Jadehaven if Hsin is your main and you have a spare guarantee. Best in slot, not required.
  2. Unspoken Rue if you committed to the Hsin plus Suoming pair and still have Tides left.
  3. Spectrum Blaster if Lynae is your only Phase 2 target and you already use her everywhere.
  4. Moongazer’s Sigil, Kumokiri, and Freeze Frame are owner-specific. Skip them unless that character is a locked main.

F2P and low-spend players should treat every weapon banner as optional. A second limited Resonator almost always beats a first signature.

Pull Priority by Account Type

New or returning player

  1. Hsin
  2. Lynae if you lose the Hsin 50/50 and recover before Phase 2 ends
  3. Skip weapons
  4. Use Electro Rover plus Buling until you can afford Suoming on a later rerun

A new account needs one carry and one flexible buffer. Hsin plus Lynae is the cleanest 3.7 version of that plan.

F2P with one guarantee

Pick Hsin if you want the new team. Pick Lynae if your DPS roster is already fine and you need a universal sub-DPS. Do not start both Phase 1 and Phase 2 featured banners unless you are willing to lose one of them.

F2P with two guarantees

Best package: Hsin + Suoming if you want the new Electro core.
Safer package: Hsin + Lynae if you want one new carry and one patch-proof support.
Do not add a weapon on top.

Low-spend or battle pass player

Hsin first. Then either Suoming or Lynae, based on whether you care more about the new pair or account-wide flexibility. One signature is acceptable only after both characters you want are in the roster.

Electro Flare or Negative Status main

Hsin is mandatory. Chisa is the Phase 1 rerun that actually feeds the same teams. Suoming is the Phase 2 upgrade. Iuno and Lucilla can wait.

Glacio or Echo Skill main

Lucilla is your Phase 2 target. Hsin is optional flavor. Lynae is still the better generic pickup if Lucilla is already owned.

“I only want Shorekeeper / Carlotta / Phoebe”

Do not force Convenes for them. Moonlit Path is the intended route this patch. If you will not spend, wait for a real rerun rather than burning Tides on banners that do not feature them.

What Not to Do

  • Do not pull a Phase 1 rerun “because the banner is up” if Hsin is your actual goal and you are close to pity.
  • Do not buy Blooming Jadehaven before you own Hsin.
  • Do not assume Suoming replaces Lynae. They do different jobs.
  • Do not chase 4-star constellations on these banners. Buling is the only 4-star worth noticing, and even she is not worth a 5-star pity.

Simple Decision Chart

  • Need a new main DPS: Hsin
  • Need the premium Hsin teammate: Suoming
  • Need one unit that helps the most teams: Lynae
  • Play Heavy Attack / hybrid Aero: Iuno
  • Play Negative Status with Hsin: Chisa
  • Play Glacio Chafe or Echo Skill: Lucilla
  • Need an older premium support or Carlotta: Moonlit Path selector, not Convenes
  • Everything else: save for the next patch

3.7 looks generous because six limited 5-stars share one version. The real value is narrower. Most accounts should leave with one new Electro unit and at most one rerun. That is enough to walk out of Mengzhou with a team that still matters after the lanterns come down.
