Getting a good weapon in Genshin Impact can be pretty tough, especially if you are a F2P player. For a 4 star weapon to rival a 5 star one, players usually have to refine it to level 5. Craftable weapons are the easiest ones to R5, as you can craft multiple of them eventually.
In this article, Gurugamer is going to showcase the 10 best Genshin Impact forgeable weapons. The stats listed are going to be the R1 version of the weapon.
Table of Contents

- Sub Stat: 27.6% ATK
- Passive: On hit, Normal or Charged Attacks have a 50% chance to deal an additional 240% ATK DMG to opponents within a small AoE. Can only occur once every 15s
For most F2p players, Prototype Archaic is still the go-to DPS Claymore. While the weapon's passive isn't that useful, its high base ATK boost the damage of most characters. The best part of the Prototype Archaic is its flexibility, where most characters can benefit from its stats.
Suitable Characters: Diluc, Razor, Eula, Chongyun
2. Crescent Pike (Polearm)
- Main Stat: 565 ATK
- Sub Stat: 34.5% Physical DMG Bonus
- Passive: After picking up an Elemental Orb/Particle, Normal and Charged Attacks deal an additional 20% ATK as DMG for 5s
While not many characters can use the Crescent pike, its stats are perfect for any Physical DPS builds. So far, only Rosaria and Xiangling can benefit from this weapon's stats and buff, as it requires picking up elemental particles.

The Whiteblind is designed for characters whose kit scales on DEF. Noelle and Xinyan are perfect for the Whiteblind, especially if you don't have any 5 star alternative.
Suitable Characters: Noelle, Xinyan
4. Hakushin Ring (Catalyst)
- Main Stat: 565 ATK

Suitable Characters: Lisa, Kokomi, Mona
5. Prototype Crescent (Bow)

Hanayumi is a great option for bow users who spam their Normal and Charged attacks. Amenoma Kageuchi is a tricky weapon to use, as only characters who spam their elemental skill can benefit from it. For that to happen, players have to rotate the user more. Overall, Ayaka can make use of this blade, as she can spam her Elemental Skill and Elemental Burst to deal massive damage.
