The free Primogems will be useful for players trying to get the three new characters coming in Genshin Impact Version 5.0. The first part of the update will introduce Mualani, a new Hydro catalyst user and DPS unit. Players can get a new four-star character named Kachina for free by joining an upcoming event. Kachina will be a Geo polearm user and a strong choice for teams needing a good sub-DPS with this element. Many fans think Kachina will work well with Navia, the five-star DPS from Fontaine.

The second part of the update will introduce another five-star character, Kinich, who will be a new Dendro DPS unit. He will debut alongside the popular Inazuma Archon, Raiden Shogun. Their banner is expected to be released around September 20.
