While the ban of PUBG Mobile in India traumatized not only the game developer but also many players in the country, it turned out to be a great opportunity for other competitors. In addition to existing battle royale games like Free Fire, Fortnite, or Call of Duty: Mobile, for the first time ever, the Indian gaming industry is bracing for the release of an Indian-made BR game called FAU-G (also known as Fauji). Being popular among the youth with more than 5 crore daily users, there is no doubt that PUBG Mobile is the leading game in India. That’s why the ban on PUBG Mobile which is published by a Chinese game company Tencent has sparked a huge public outcry across the country. In early September, right after the PUBG Mobile ban notice took effect, Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar spilled the beans on the concept of an Indian game like PUBG titled FAU-G which stirred up cyberspace.
While the game is said to set a ray of hope for a special game like PUBG Mobile Indian players, many people remain skeptical about the quality of the app. In addition to that, right after the first look of Fauji was leaked, the game landed on controversy for copying the poster of a Hollywood movie. Here is what we know so far about the Fauji game application and the expected launch date.

Can Fauji game application take over the power of PUBG Mobile?
It’s lame to put one of the world’s most popular mobile games and an upcoming game from an unknown Indian game developer into comparison. While there is only a little information about this young gaming company, there is only one app of nCORE game available on the Google Play Store. The game titled "noname shooter" only has more than 1000 installs and a 3/5 star rating.
Meanwhile, PUBG Mobile which is the mobile version of the notorious battle royale PC title PUBG is well-developed by leading software companies in the world like PUBG Corps or Tencent Games. The game which was released 3 years ago had gone through a lot of evolutionary updates to bring its players the best gaming experience as well as unique features.
However, at the moment, Fauji seems to be the most potentially competent of Indian in the mobile gaming battle. Despite not having a huge fanbase or stunning and advanced features, the biggest advantage of the Fauiji game application is having the support of the Indian gaming community. Hope that the Fauji game will not let us down!
