Season 16 of Free Fire has just begun with ranking resets. A lot of players are frustrated with the ranking drop each season, but if they are skilled enough, they would get back to their level in no time flat.

In this article, we would list out the points required to climb ranks in season 16, along with various rewards that come with it. You have about 2 months to get to your desired ranks – this season would end on August 21.

Free Fire Ranking System 2020 Explained — The higher ranks you get, the harder

Bronze I to III: 1000/1100/1200
Silver I to III: 1300/1400/1500
Gold I to IV: 1600/1725/1850/1975
Platinum I to IV: 2100/2225/2350/2475
Diamond I to IV: 2600/2750/2900/3050
Heroic: 3200+
Grandmaster: Top 300

From this list, we can clearly see ranking up becoming exponentially harder at two thresholds: Silver to Gold and Platinum to Diamond.

Season 15 rank drops:

Those who are in the Bronze tiers will drop down to Bronze I tier.
Those who are in the Silver tiers will drop down to Bronze II tier.
Those who are in the Gold tiers will drop down to Silver I tier.
Those who are in the Platinum tiers will drop down to Silver II tier.
Those who are in the Diamond tiers will drop down to Gold I tier.
Those who are in the Heroic tier will drop down to Gold II tier.
