#1. Powerful characters

Cryo is the coldest and strongest aggressive element in Genshin Impact. But Cryo female characters in this game are very hot. Players have many options of Cryo characters for every role in your team, from supporters to main DPS.

In addition, all of these Cryo characters are very powerful. For example, Ganyu, Eula, and Ayaka are the three most favorite characters in Spiral Abyss every season.

#2. Control ability

When the Cryo element is applied to wet enemies, it can freeze them on the battlefield. The Frozen reaction has some advantages for the characters:

• Attack enemies without letting them respond or evade;

It's very easy to get the best artifacts to boost the CRIT Rate for Cryo characters. You only need four pieces of Blizzard Strayer from the Peak of Vindagnyr domain in the Dragonspine's Peak. This is the best artifact set for most Cryo characters.

With four pieces of this set, their CRIT rate is boosted massively. Then, their elemental bursts deal much higher elemental damage to the opponents in the range of attack.

You can build a 75% CRIT rate with the highest character level, Cryo elemental resonance, artifacts, Frozen reaction, and Rosaria as a supporter. If you have Ayaka, Eula, or Ganyu at level 80+, you can build their CRIT rate to finish the combat quickly no matter how strong the boss is.

• It's better to freeze the opponent before releasing element bursts with your main DPS.
• Build a full Cryo team or a Frozen team with at least one Hydro supporter.
