Sigewinne is a Melusine from Fontaine. She appeared in the Overture Teaser: The Final Feast of the Fontaine Lineup released at the launch of this nation. This Melusine works as a nurse in the Fortress of Meropide. That's why she appeared with Wriothesley - the new Fontaine character released in the previous update. She seems to be an Ousia-aligned Hydro character.

Chiori comes from Inazuma, but now she resides in Fontaine and runs the Chioriya Boutique in this nation. She appeared in the latest Roses and Muskets event of Fontaine as a fashion designer in the filming team of Navia and Furina. Chiori also designed and tailored outfits for Kiara, Lynette, and Lyney, and Kamera accessories for Charlotte. This new character possibly holds a Geo vision.
