The Regional Finals will be playing over 3 days from November 8 to 10. The top 2 teams of the Regional Finals will proceed to play at the Grand Finals. 3rd - 5th place teams will have another chance to get to the Grand Finals through Prelims.
South Asia Regional Semi-Finals Grouping Result
In Group A, we have Orange Rock, the champion of the Group Stage with 4 Chicken Dinner and highly placed teams such as MegaStars and SynerGR Retribution. Note that in the PUBG Mobile India Tour recently, Orange Rock even almost crowned as the champion, only lost to Revenge Esports by 11 points.
ETG.Brawlers and Enity Gaming are also in this group, but they didn't do very well in the Group Stage. Will they be able to get on their feet and put up a good fight this time? We will find out soon enough.
In Group B, teams will have to watch out for MegaX, 8Bit after what they have achieved in the Group Stage. Team SouL, even after the leaving of some team members, seems to be still doing pretty well. However, they need to try much harder if they want to catch up with the others and get a slot in the Grand Finals.
In group C, Fnatic, TeamINS, and TeamIND are the strongest ones and we can see that their performances are still very consistent at the recent PUBG Mobile India Tour. TeamIND is one of the oldest and strongest PUBG Mobile teams in India ever since the beginning while team INS just got third place in the PUBG Mobile India Tour. Fnatic (previously known as XSpark) is a new team. However, they consist of the best PUBG Mobile players in India, including the ex- TeamIND member Sc0utOP and 2 ex-SouL members Owais and Ronak.
Although Nepal PUBG Mobile teams weren't doing very well, one Nepal team still made it to the top 4, they are SOLTISQUAD. They will also be a part of Group C and they are going be a real challenge for Indian teams.
