This year, the PMGC will be more than just a tournament. It’s the completion of PUBG Corp’s vision for a new year-long esports program structure. The program is designed to support aspiring players to get from amateur to professional stardom. It starts with the National and Campus Championships as well as various 3rd party events held across the globe. Semi-pro teams can compete in the PUBG Mobile Club Open (PMCO). In 2020, the tournament features 16 regions spanning over 150 countries. The total registrations for both the Spring and Fall Split surpassed the 120,000 milestones.

Pro players will compete in the premier PUBG Mobile Pro League (PMPL) - the final stage of their advancement. The tournament is held in 7 regions with a total of 152 teams participating. In July and early August, the brand-new PUBG Mobile World League (PMWL) Season Zero witnessed 40 teams in East and West league giving their best performance on the international stage. The tournament attracted 1.1 million views at the peaked time.
