#1. Ignore His Best Equipment

You should use the best weapon and artifact set for Heizou. This 4-star character is weaker than 5-star characters in Genshin Impact. Therefore, you should give him enough buffs by using the correct weapon and artifact set for him, including:

Best artifact set: 4 pieces of Viridescent Venerer;
Best weapon: Skyward Atlas.

These artifacts and weapons will give Heizou a significant buff to make Heizou strong enough to play the main DPS role.
