Rockstar just dropped the first teaser trailer for GTA Online: A Safehouse in the Hills DLC. This update adds mansions players can buy in Los Santos. They introduced a new in-game company, Prix Luxury Real Estate, that's building these upscale homes.

The trailer flashes one mansion briefly, but it reveals plenty of details.

1) Helipad confirmed

The main mansion in GTA Online: A Safehouse in the Hills appears at the teaser's end. You can spot a helicopter taking off from it and flying past the camera. That means the property includes a helipad for landing helicopters and other small aircraft.

The chopper was a Volatus Heli, which fans decoded from the New Listings newswire image.

2) Two pools

The mansion at the end of the GTA Online: A Safehouse in the Hills teaser has two pools—one big one and a jacuzzi.

This marks one of the first usable pools inside a ground-level house. Sure, pricey stilt houses have outdoor pools, but you can't reach them from indoors. It's a huge plus for these mansions. Right now, only the shown one has two; no word on the rest.

3) Visible interior from outside

A standout in the GTA Online: A Safehouse in the Hills teaser: the mansion lets you see the interior from outside. No owned properties do that yet—once you're in, you're invisible from the exterior. This could change things.

Community's buzzing about how Rockstar will handle it in public lobbies.

4) Sliding door to exterior

Frame-by-frame check of the teaser shows the mansion likely has sliding doors for seamless balcony access, skipping loading screens. Another big win if done right.

An NPC strolls out to the balcony—the doors slide open ahead and shut behind.

5) Four potentially new cars

Just before the mansion reveal, sports cars and hypercars rip through Vinewood Hills. Close look shows they're fresh additions for GTA Online: A Safehouse in the Hills DLC, with designs unlike anything current.

Rockstar hasn't announced any new vehicles for the update so far.
