Rockstar Games has officially revealed the next major update for GTA Online: The Kortz Center Heist. The summer DLC drops in July 2026 and centers on a daring raid of one of Los Santos’ most prestigious landmarks.

Perched high on the hills of Pacific Bluffs, the Kortz Center has long stood as an iconic but largely inaccessible art gallery filled with priceless international works. Players will get the chance to infiltrate the sprawling complex, steal its valuable collection, and make a clean escape.
The update introduces a new focus on art theft and counterfeiting. To take part, players must first add an Art Studio to one of their Mansion properties. From there, they can scope out the target, select from multiple approaches, and tackle the multi-stage heist either solo or with a crew of up to four.
Preparation and New Features
Rockstar has positioned this as a substantial piece of content, marking the first major heist-style update in several years. In the weeks leading up to launch, GTA Online will feature special events with bonus GTA$ rewards, big discounts, and the new Fine Art Collector program that lets players earn rare and exclusive items to help prepare.
Additional perks include an upcoming GTA$2,000,000 discount on luxury Mansion properties for GTA+ members and a limited-time offer giving everyone 40% bonus GTA$ when purchasing Shark Cards.
Free Upgrades and Release Info
Players on older console versions will also benefit from free upgrades. Starting June 18, 2026, anyone with a PS4 copy or digital Xbox One version of Grand Theft Auto V can upgrade to the PS5 or Xbox Series X|S versions at no extra cost. PC players can similarly move from the Legacy version to the Enhanced version for free.
This July release arrives at a perfect time for the GTA community. With Grand Theft Auto VI scheduled for November 19, 2026, the new heist gives players plenty of fresh, high-stakes action to dive into while they wait for the next mainline entry.
