Glow Berries are the new item Minecraft players can obtain in the first installment of the Cliffs and Caves update. Overall, they function similarly to Sweet Berries. When a player eats a Glow Berry in Minecraft, they can restore 2 Hunger and have 0.4 Saturation.
Moreover, these fruits can help light up caves, vines, or even rooms in players’ homes. That being said, Glow Berries are harder to harvest compared to Sweet Berries.

How to get Glow Berries in Minecraft
Ineffably, the Cave Vines on which Glow Berries grow cannot be found in the Minecraft natural world yet. However, you may find them and plant Cave Vines of your own.
You may plant Glow Berries on a block’s bottom side, hence get a downward Cave Vine. Anytime a new part of the Vine is grown, there is a chance for a Glow Berry to be spawned. The vine segment with Glow Berries will generate 14 light.
What’s worth noting is that Cave Vines do not naturally spawn at the moment. You would need to discover a Glow Berry by looting the chests in Abandoned Mineshafts. With only one of the Glow Berries, you can grow and harvest more until you own an ample supply.

Tips to get Minecraft Glow Berries
When you harvest Glow Berries in Minecraft, remember to never break the part that connect to the block. This can destroy the Berry plant and you will not get anything back.
As just the tip of the Cave Vine is able to produce Glow Berries, you can just break the tip in case it does not and wait for another piece to do the spawning.
