Method #1: Manual Deletion
If you are using the Steam version, just trigger the Verify Integrity of Game Files feature by following the below steps. This will verify the game files and remove any file that doesn't belong to a clean installation.
- Restart your computer and launch Steam
- From GTA 5's library page, select Manage > Properties.
- Select the Local files tab and click the Verify integrity of game files... button.
- Steam will verify the game's files - this process may take several minutes.
Delete mod files

- Right-click GTA 5, and click Uninstall from the drop-down menu.

- Open Epic Games Launcher and Log in
- To verify the installation of GTA 5, navigate to the game in your Library and click on the three dots.
- Once open, click Verify in the drop-down navigation. It may take a few minutes to verify all your files.
