Shinku is an upcoming S-Class Cosmos character in Neverness to Everness (NTE) Version 1.2. She serves as an aggressive on-field burst DPS who excels at building resources through melee combos before unleashing powerful enhanced states and finishers. Her kit revolves around a transformation-style playstyle with strong team energy sharing via her support passive.
She releases on July 10, 2026, during the Version 1.2 "999 Nights" update, as a limited banner character alongside Iroi.

Character Profile
- Rarity: S-Class
- Element: Cosmos
- Role: On-field Burst DPS / Aggressive Attacker
- Affiliation: Bureau of Anomaly Control, CSU Division 2 (teamed with Mint)
Playstyle: Melee-focused with kicks and martial arts. She builds a resource called Wrath (or similar gauge) through basic attacks and skills, then uses her Ultimate to enter a Rampage/Runaway enhanced form for massive damage output.
Kit Breakdown

Basic Attack (Special Combat Arts)
A sequence of up to 5 consecutive martial arts strikes dealing Cosmos damage. Certain hits (3rd or 5th) or holding the button trigger altered versions that build her Defiant Spirit / Wrath gauge.
Redirect Skill (High-Speed Breach)
Dashes toward the target, dealing Cosmos damage and building the resource gauge.
Ultimate (Crimson Fury)
Consumes all accumulated Defiant Spirit / Wrath to enter Surging Crimson (Rampage/Runaway state).
- Transforms her kit with new attacks (e.g., Tidal Assault basic attacks).
- In this state, attacks build a secondary resource (Fading Reason / Runaway E Charge).
- Follow-up Ultimate uses the new resource for a big downward claw strike or multi-target finisher.
- Ends with a devastating wide-area finishing strike.
Support Skill
Performs a knee strike and grants Charge Cycle Enhancement. When the active character gains Charge/Energy, off-field teammates gain the same amount. This makes her excellent for team energy rotation and bench charging.
Exploration Skill
In Rampage form, significantly boosts movement and climbing speed in the open world.
Playstyle Summary
Skill → Build stacks with autos → Ultimate into enhanced form → Build secondary resource → Second Ultimate for burst finisher → Repeat. She rewards good combo execution and resource management for high burst potential. Her passive shines in teams that need faster Ultimate uptime across the roster.

Pull Value and Priority

Shinku is a solid but not must-pull limited S-Class Cosmos DPS. She is the second limited Cosmos character after Hotori and brings a fresh, flashy on-field burst playstyle with excellent team utility through her energy-sharing passive.
Pull if: You lack a strong dedicated Cosmos main DPS, enjoy aggressive melee combo characters, or plan to pull Iroi as well.
Skip if: You already have a well-built Chiz or other strong DPS units and are resource-limited.
Resource Planning: Aim to save 8,800–14,400 Annulith (roughly 55–90 pulls) for a comfortable guarantee. Factor in extra for her signature Arc.
Final Tips
- Practice her combo timing in training to master the Wrath → Ultimate → enhanced resource cycle.
- Prioritize her support passive in team building for faster rotations across the whole party.
- Farm Lost Radiance early once she releases.
Shinku brings exciting new combat depth to NTE’s Cosmos roster. Save wisely and enjoy the rampage when she drops on July 10!
