According to the information we received, the popular Battle Royale game PUBG will be open for free for the very first time in history since its release in 2017. From June 4 to June 8, you can play the game for absolutely nothing on Steam.
PUBG developers, Bluehole, claimed that they sought to enrich the game’s player base. They wanted to invite new players who had never spent any money buying PUBG to experience what it can bring. The company also hoped that by doing so, people stuck at home due to the COVID-19 quarantine could relieve the stress with fiery matches completely free over the weekends.
But in order to play the game, your PC must be quite a powerhouse. When compared to other games in the current market, PUBG’s system requirements are relatively higher. For a full experience, you will need an above-average system. The game system requirements are as follow:
Minimum Specifications
CPU: Intel Core i5-4430 / AMD FX-6300 or higher
RAM: 8 GB
Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960 2GB / AMD Radeon R7 370 2GB
DirectX: Version 11
Free disk space: 30 GB
Internet: Broadband connection
Recommended Specifications
CPU: Intel Core i5-6600K / AMD Ryzen 5 1600 or higher
RAM: 16 GB
Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 3GB / AMD Radeon RX 580 4GB
DirectX: Version 11
Free disk space: 30 GB

You have less than a week from now to upgrade your PC to meet the requirements of PUBG. Because the game is pretty picky when it comes to hardware, it’s advised that you satisfy the recommended specs for the best gaming experience.
