It has been a rough time for comic book fans or pop-cultural fans in general to hear the news of the death of Stan Lee – who has left a mark on the world which makes billions of people happy throughout his lifetime. Blizzard – a renowned video game developer – has added a cameo of Stan Lee in their game World of Warcraft so as to pay respect to the legendary publisher. A new Non-Playable Character can be discovered in the game wandering around with Stan Lee’s iconic lenses and mustache if you know where to find him.

A report from WowHead declared that the Warcraft 8.1.5 patch presented “Stanley”, a male character with grey hair wearing sunglasses, with the interaction of saying “Excelsior!”. Until now, we only get his appearance in the Stormwind map, wearing the Alliance armor. Going a little deeper into the patch update we can see two other versions of the Stanley character: one with the Horde gear, and another in neutral colors without armor.

Stan Lee was a pleasant man and the front image of the Marvel comics book for many years prior to his death. He was known through the series of cameos in all, if not most of Marvel’s movie, which included Iron Man, The Incredible Hulk, Thor, X-Men, Spider-Man, and many others. He has been giving his superheroes realistic obstacles to overcome upon their superpowers.
