5 Reasons Players Should Get Shenhe In Genshin Impact 2.4

Genshin Impact 2.4 is going to come out on January 5, 2022, with Shenhe coming out as part of the first banner of the patch. She is going to be the first 5-star Cryo Polearm character, with skills that focus on support and utilities. 1. Shenhe might be the best Cryo supporter to date

miHoYo has been releasing new support for Mono element teams, with Gorou and Itto for Geo teams in 2.3. Looks like they might be doing the same thing in 2.4, with Shenhe being a top tier support for Ayaka and Ganyu (or other Cryos).

Shenhe can pair fairly well with any Cryo DPS characters in Genshin because of her Cryo damage boost. When she releases her Elemental burst, a field is created and when you are standing inside it, your Cryo damage would increase by 15%. Furthermore, the field also decreases the Cryo RES and Physical RES of opponents within it.

Shenhe's Elemental Burst has a fairly large AOE that can cover the majority of the battlefield. This allows her to crowd control and deal damage to multiple enemies at once. Furthermore, the large AOE also simplifies Shenhe's gameplay, as players can move around freely in the area instead of having to stay in a small zone.

4. Shenhe is a very versatile support

Shenhe's kit is stacked with great buffs for her teammates, with a focus on Cryo damage. Furthermore, she can also increase Elemental Skill and Burst damage as well, allowing her to work with more than just Cryo characters.

Thanks to her ascension 2 passive, she can also increase Normal, Charged and Plunging attack damage. Combined with the physical damage reduction from her Burst, she can be a decent supporter for any Physical damage character such as Eula.

5. Shenhe has beautiful design and animations
