Free Fire Is Getting A New Evolution Gun Skin 'Cobra MP40'

Free Fire has been focusing on a different direction in making new skins lately, with the recent "evolution" line - a.k.a skins that can be leveled up to unlock extra effects emotes and stats. The new Evo MP40 is going to be the weapon of Shirou 'The Cobra', with the same theme and effects.

In this article, we would list out everything revealed about this new Evo Weapon. It is actually the gun Shirou is holding in the above picture.

About the Cobra MP40

The new Evo skin for the MP40 is going to be named "Venomous Cobra. It can be upgraded from level 1 to level 7.

Each level up would add new effects to the weapon. This skin has 7 levels and 5 new exclusive effects and would cost 2000 diamonds to be fully upgraded. If you are into the MP40... nothing would be able to beat this skin in the flashy department. Below is the base level 1 form of the Venomous Cobra.

Level 2 would add an "ember" effect and level 3 would turn the barrel and body of the gun into a snake's head.

Level 4 would add a bullet impact effect while level 5 would add two effects - muzzle flash and a particle red snake as a kill effect. The 3 effects are not overly flashy, unlike the previous Evo guns.

Level 6 would make the snake on the gun much bigger... and glowing.

Level 7 would amplify the particle effect even further, creating an electric outline around the weapon.

The second effect of Level 7 is a special emote that creates the outline of the gun, along with the cobra logo shining on top.

Stats of the Cobra MP40

This weapon is going to be the best MP40 skin ever released, with ++ damage and + fire rate. The small demerit of slower reload speed is negligible.
