1 - Free Fire new gun M82B in real life
The M82B is based on the Barrett M82 in real life - it is one of the deadliest sniper rifles in the world. It has been used by the United States Armies for 30 years. The most notable part about the gun is probably its extreme piercing power. Classified as an "Anti-Material Gun", the Barrett is designed to use against enemies' vehicles - using it on normal combatants would be overkill.
The Barrett M82B is also known as the M107 in the US - the letter M stands for "Model". This is pretty commonly used in naming US-made guns... the M14, M4A1, M60 and M249 are in Free Fire.

2 - Design of the M82B in-game
The M82B was released on OB22, June 2020. The Free Fire version of the gun is more or less the same as its real life counterpart... however, a bipod is not included in the package. This is probably related to game balance... as the recoil reduction from the bipod would make this gun too overpowered.
The M82B is usually used while in the prone position due to its weight of 14 kilograms - Free Fire's moving around while firing is just a video game feature - using it like that in real life would make the gun super inaccurate.

Overall, the M82B has about the same Damage, Fire Rate and Accuracy as other sniper rifles such as the AWM... which means the damage output on an unarmored target is pretty much the same. However, it has a whopping 67 armor penetration, something the other sniper rifles do not have. The M82B would be much more effective than other SRs on targets with armor.
The slightly lower movement speed and range are not too much of a problem. Its slightly bigger 8 bullets magazine is fairly good - you won't have to reload often.

Ability
The M82B is probably the weapon with the most special abilities in the game. Besides piercing armor, it can also deal extra damage to Gloo Walls and Vehicles... and even pierce the walls to hit the targets behind it.
This is overall super useful... as people use Gloo Walls very often. Because of this special power, the M82B has been nerfed in the latest patch, with its spawn rate reduced moderately.

Hayato and Laura are not actually useful for an M82B build - the gun already has super high accuracy and armor penetration... a little bit more would not make any differences. Only these two character skills below have the most synergies with this gun.

One of the biggest components of a sniper build - Rafael's Dead Silent ability would ensure that your position would not be revealed when sniping.
Chrono

Overall, you would like to get a balanced option that can perform decently in close range like the SCAR, XM8 or AN94. If you are camping inside a hard to get spots like the top of a building, an SMG like the MP40 would also be a good option
Try to go prone when using the gun to increase its stability and reduce recoil. Like all snipers, you should get a camping spot on the high ground or chokepoints... so that enemies would not be able to escape your attacks.
