Version 6.7, known as Luna VIII or "Sunny Summer Fontinalia," arrives on July 1, 2026, and introduces a major overhaul for several Cryo and Electro characters through the new Witch's Revelation system.
This resonance mechanic pairs perfectly with the fresh Stellar-Conduct reaction (a powerful Cryo + Electro interaction) and gives long-overlooked units meaningful kit upgrades, constellation improvements, and synergy with the upcoming 5-star Cryo Claymore character Sandrone.
Here is a complete, clear explanation of every enhancement.
The New Witch's Revelation System
Witch's Revelation functions as an unlockable resonance for seven specific characters. Players speak with Barbeloth in Fontaine during the version to start related world quests. Completing these unlocks an additional talent for each character plus targeted constellation upgrades at levels 1, 2, 4, and 6.
Stellar-Conduct Reaction and Polestar Field Explained
Stellar-Conduct triggers when Cryo meets Electro. It summons a Starlight Prism that creates a circular Polestar Field. Inside this field:
- The party gains Cryo and Electro damage bonuses.
- The base reaction coefficient increases.
- Enemies suffer Physical Resistance shred.
- Certain characters enter the powerful Radiance: Stellar-Conduct state, which converts portions of their damage into Stellar-Conduct reaction damage and adds extra effects.
Not every character can trigger Stellar-Conduct directly, but the seven buffed units gain special interactions with it. Sandrone (the new 5-star Cryo Claymore) serves as a key enabler for teams built around this system.
Character-by-Character Buff Breakdown
Wriothesley
Wriothesley enters the Radiance: Stellar-Conduct state while inside a Polestar Field. Portions of his enhanced Charged Attacks and Normal Attacks in his Elemental Skill state now count as Stellar-Conduct damage and receive a dedicated damage bonus. His enhanced Charged Attacks lose their cooldown restriction and restore HP on hit (with a short cap).
His constellations receive upgrades focused on Stellar-Conduct damage, bonus Cryo damage as reaction damage, damage reduction, party Attack Speed, and extra icicle damage. His signature weapon also gains a Stellar-Conduct damage boost when his HP changes.
Yae Miko
Yae Miko’s Sesshou Sakura totems no longer vanish when she uses her Elemental Burst, dramatically improving uptime. She enters the Radiance state inside the Polestar Field, where portions of her damage convert to Stellar-Conduct reaction damage. She also gains extra lightning strike damage and a longer totem duration.
Casting her Elemental Skill with three totems now triggers an additional lightning strike. Her constellations add team Elemental Mastery, extra energy restoration, Burst damage bonuses, and strong Stellar-Conduct critical damage increases. Her signature weapon Kagura’s Verity further boosts Stellar-Conduct damage.
Cyno
Cyno can now activate his Pactsworn Pathclearer state briefly via his Elemental Skill at almost any time, greatly reducing downtime and allowing an empowered skill use. Inside the Polestar Field he enters Radiance: Stellar-Conduct, turning his Duststalker Bolts damage into Stellar-Conduct reaction damage.
His constellations improve Elemental Mastery in his Burst state, Stellar-Conduct damage, and energy restoration.
Qiqi
Qiqi’s Herald of Frost cooldown drops to 15 seconds. She now launches coordinated Cryo attacks when the on-field character hits enemies. She amplifies the active character’s Stellar-Conduct damage and deals her own instances of it. She enters the Radiance state inside the field and boosts both Superconduct and Stellar-Conduct damage for the whole party.
Her constellations add extra healing, energy, Attack buffs, and Stellar-Conduct damage for the on-field unit.
Diona
After Diona uses her Elemental Skill, any party member who triggers Superconduct or Stellar-Conduct causes her to fire Icy Paws for a period. She enters the Radiance state inside the Polestar Field. Her C6 further increases Superconduct and Stellar-Conduct damage for characters standing in her Burst field.
Constellation upgrades focus on higher Max HP and stronger reaction damage in the Radiance state.
Beidou
Beidou’s Elemental Skill can now be fully charged simply by holding the button. The cooldown reduces based on how much power she accumulates, and she restores energy accordingly. She enters the Radiance: Stellar-Conduct state inside the field. Her C6 lets her Burst provide Resistance Shred and boosts the on-field character’s Elemental Mastery.
Yumemizuki Mizuki
Mizuki benefits from improved Swirl synergy. While in her Dreamdrifter state, triggering Swirl increases her next Anemo damage instance and raises the team’s Elemental Mastery. Her constellations add extra Anemo damage, multi-element Resistance Shred, healing, and Critical Rate/Damage buffs while in Dreamdrifter.
How These Changes Impact Gameplay
These enhancements move several previously niche characters into viable team options, especially in compositions built around the new Stellar-Conduct reaction and Sandrone. Wriothesley and Yae Miko gain the most direct damage and uptime improvements, while supports like Qiqi, Diona, and Beidou become stronger enablers with reaction amplification and utility. Cyno receives much-needed Burst uptime, and Mizuki sees better Anemo synergy.
The Witch's Revelation system feels like a thoughtful way to revive older units without completely rewriting their kits. It rewards players who invest in these characters and opens fresh team-building possibilities ahead of future content.
Luna VIII brings both a new playable area on the moon and meaningful power for Cryo and Electro fans. Whether you main any of these seven characters or simply enjoy reaction-based gameplay, the upcoming update offers plenty to look forward to on July 1.
