Leaks Suggest A PUBG Mobile Sequel Is Under Development At KRAFTON

KRAFTON Is Currently Developing PUBG Mobile 2.0?

According to the leaked information, KRAFTON is going all-in to develop its next game under the ‘Battleground’ IP rights. The internal development of the PUBG Mobile sequel has been underway, following the original game's concepts. It will continue the authentic sequel PC and console multi-platform to deliver the classic worldview of ‘Battlegrounds’. The upcoming game has been labeled as ‘Battleground Mobile 2’ or PUBG Mobile 2.0.

Quoting an inside source from KRAFTON, MTN reported that PUBG Corporation has been developing a new mobile game. It's ‘Project XTRM’, which kicked off in the first half of 2020 and is now in full swing. There has not been much information regarding the game, but reports say it will be based on Battleground.
