List Of Most Notable New Features In Free Fire Advance Server OB36

Free Fire OB36 Advance Server has begun, and players who have obtained an activation code can download the client from the official website. There are a lot of new features in the beta update - and in this article, Gurugamer is going to showcase the 5 most notable.

1. New mystery character

Similar to all other "OB" patch, the Free Fire OB36 Advance Server features a new mystery character with an ability called Rebel Rush.

The skill is like an Active version of Joseph's ability. On activation, players can move at a rapid rate for half a second, with a cooldown of 40s. The skill has two charges and can be used twice in succession (5s cooldown between usage).

Overall, this "burst movement" skill would open up a lot of options in close range fights. With the explosive speed, players should be able to throw off the aim of their foes. However, it is yet to be seen if the skill is effective in actual combat.

2. New wolf pet

The new pet in OB36 is going to be a wolf called Fang, who has a passive called Wolfpack's bond. The skill allows players to regenerate either 10 EP or 5 HP (whichever is not full) when a teammate is knocked down. The passive has a cooldown of 40 seconds.

Overall, while the pet looks great, its skill is not really that strong. It is useless in solo modes, the regen bonus is just too small, and the activation condition can't be fulfilled by your team. It might be useful in the last fight where two teams fight in the last circle, however, the situation is too niche to plan your pet lineup around.

3. Social island

This is a new feature that might be added to Free Fire OB36, which allows players to engage with other players in various activities and make friends.

There will be minigames on points of interest such as racing track, football field, boxing ring and more. This allows users to have fun outside of battle, all within the BR title.

4. Climb up on Airships

A new flying Airship has been added into the BR mode in the Advance Server OB36. This ship moves from one place to another, and players can not shoot down while on top of it. By climbing up on top of the airship, players will be able to get various high-tier loot.

This is likely a feature borrowed from other BR games such as Apex Legends.

5. Gallery feature in the weapons section

Garena is going to add a new Gallery feature for the Weapon section. It can be utilized by players to showcase their arsenal of weapons in the game, based on their rarity, type and more.
