Genshin Impact Neuvillette kit
Neuvillette Genshin Impact is a 5-star Hydro character who wields a catalyst. It seems that he will fit the on-field main DPS role as he uses special charged attacks. His passives include:
- Passive one - Heir to the Ancient Sea's Legacy: When a member triggers a Vaporize, Electro-Charged, Frozen, Bloom, Hydro Swirl, or a Hydro Crystallize reaction on enemies, one stack of Past Draconic Glories will be granted to Neuvillette for 30 seconds, for a maximum of three stacks. This will increase the damage of Neuvillette's charged attack by 110%, 130%, or 160%, dependent on how many stacks of Past Draconic Glories he has. Each stack created by each elemental reaction exists independently).
- Passive two - The High Arbitrator's Discipline: For each 1% of his HP over 30%, Neuvillette gains 0.6% Hydro damage bonus. A maximum of 30% can be obtained this way).
- Exploration bonus - Gather Like the Tide: Every party member's underwater movement SPD is increased by 15%.
Find out more about his skills below.
1. Normal Attack: As Still Waters
Neuvillette's regular attack hits enemies with Hydro damage up to three times. When he plunges, his attack damages all enemies in his path, causing area-of-effect (AoE) Hydro damage upon impact.
His charged attack, Empowerment: Legal Evaluation, forms a Seal of Arbitration, letting him move, absorb Sourcewater Droplets to speed up the Seal and heal based on Max HP.
If charging stops before Seal forms, he does a regular AoE Hydro charged attack. If Seal forms, he uses Charged Attack: Equitable Judgment. This deals continuous AoE Hydro damage in a line in front of him.
Equitable Judgment doesn't use Stamina, but if Neuvillette's health is above 50%, he loses HP while using it.
2. Elemental Skill: O Tears, I Shall Replay
Neuvillette conjures a forceful Waterfall that inflicts AoE Hydro damage to foes in front. When hitting an enemy, it spawns three Sourcewater Droplets nearby.
Additionally, his Skill generates Pneuma-aligned energy upon Spiritbreath Thorn emergence, causing Pneuma Hydro damage.
3. Elemental Burst: O Tides, I Have Returned
Genshin Impact Neuvillette releases a bursting wave causing AoE Hydro damage linked to his max HP. After a brief pause, two waterfalls cascade down, dealing Hydro damage in a smaller AoE and creating six Sourcewater Droplets in the front area.
