Genshin Outside The Canvas Event Guide & Rewards

Outside the Canvas Inside the Lens event is available to join and play now. Participants can earn a lot of Primogems from this event. Check out how to unlock, play, and earn Primogems from this event.

I. Outside the Canvas Inside the Lens Genshin Date

Genshin Impact players are very busy with many time-limited events, including the Outside the Canvas Inside the Lens event. This event takes place from April 1st to 11th, 2022. But you only need seven consecutive days to complete it and claim all easy Primogems and rewards.

But not all Genshin Impact players can participate in this event. You need to meet these requirements to be eligible for this time-limited event.

• Reach Adventure Rank 30 or above;
• Complete the archon quest "Ritou Escape Plan" in the Archon Quest series " The Immovable God and the Eternal Euthymia" in Chapter II: Act I.
• Complete World Quest "Snapshots".

You need to have obtained the Kamera in this game to do the event mission. Then, go to the Inventory > Gadget, select the Kamera or Special Kamera in the Gadget category and choose 'Equip' or 'Switch' if you are equipped with another gadget.

II. Outside the Canvas Inside the Lens Event Guide

Travelers need to help a girl named Asagiri from Inazuma take some photos at different locations in Teyvat. All the event missions are very easy to complete. There are 14 pictures you need to take during this event. But only two photograph missions of this Genshin Impact 2.6 event are unlocked per day.

Day 1 Missions

The first destination is Cathedral in Mondstadt City. There are three requirements for a perfect photo that you need to fulfill.

• Include 3 photo-taking points;
• The character must face the Kamera;
• The character is using an Anemo Skill.

You should use Jean or Sucrose to use the Anemo elemental skill while taking the photo. Besides, there are many other Anemo characters that you can use, such as Xiao, Sayu, Venti, Kazuha, and Anemo Traveler. But their elemental skills are too fast to be captured.

The second destination of Travelers in the Outside the Canvas Inside the Lens event is the giant tree in Windrise, Mondstadt. You can use the Statue of Seven under the tree to get there quickly from the first location. Here are three requirements of this photo.

• Include 2 photo-taking points;
• The character must be affiliated with the Knights of Favonius;
• Take the photo between 08:00 and 12:00.

There are many characters in the Knights of Favonius organization, including both paid and free characters, such as:

• Albedo
• Eula
• Jean
• Klee
• Amber
• Lisa
• Kaeya
• Noelle
• Sucrose

Choose one of these characters to stand at the photo-taking point and take the photo. If you do not have Jean, Albedo, Klee, or Eula, you can use some free characters to complete the mission. It's great if you can get all characters in Genshin Impact.

Day 2 Missions

On the second day of the event, Travelers will go to two locations in Liyue to take photos. The first location is Wangshu Inn. From the teleport waypoint here, you glide down to the marsh nearby and stand on the marked stone and tab on the button 'Prepare to Photograph' and fulfill these objectives.

• Include 2 photo-taking points;
• Take between 11.00 and 12.00 or 18.00 and 00.00.
• Face the Kamera.

The second photo-taking point is in south Guili Plains. Stand at the marked point of a high stone to take a photo of the Dragon's Spine and fulfill these objectives.

• Include 3 photo-taking points;
• Take between 11.00 and 14.00.
• Face the Dragon's Spine.

To fulfill these photo-taking requirements, Travelers need to use the Time feature to adjust the time. Further photo-taking missions will be unlocked later. Log in every day and complete these missions before the event ends.

III. ALL Event Rewards

Outside the Canvas Inside the Lens Genshin rewards are very easy to obtain. You only need to fulfill all requirements for the photo that Asagiri requires. Each completed photo grants Travelers lots of Primogems and materials, including:

• Primogems x30;
• Hero's Wit x2;
• Mora x20000.

After completing this event, you can earn up to 420 Primogems. Therefore, this Outside the Canvas Inside the Lens Genshin event is a must-join activity for those who are saving Primogems to pull Ayato, Venti, and Ayaka in Genshin Impact 2.6.
