[Updated] Genshin Character 2024: Arlecchino's Leaked Gameplay Explained

The new leaks about the upcoming playable character Arlecchino in Genshin Impact make fans and players excited, including many recent leaks about her kit and profile. Check out some new information about this Fatui Harbinger.

I. Who Is Arlecchino?

Arlecchino is a famous Fatui Harbinger who may become the next playable Harbinger after Childe and Wanderer. Like Sandrone, Arlecchino will also have a great influence in Fontaine, the newest nation unlocked in Genshin Impact 4.0.

According to a recent leak, Arlecchino will be a Pyro polearm wielder, contrary to a previous leak saying that she may use a sword to fight. According to the game story, she runs an orphanage in Snezhnaya named 'Orphans In House Of The Hearth'. Lots of orphan children are raised and trained to work for Tsaritsa and this organization, including Freminet, Lyney, and Lynette from Fontaine.

Genshin Impact introduced this Fatui Harbinger in many teasers, events, and stories in the Land of Hydro. Therefore, players hope that Arlecchino will also be an upcoming character during Fontaine's roster this year. But there is no confirmation about her release up to now.

Keep in mind that Wanderer has been leaked to be an Electro character before his official release due to his design. Therefore, the vision and rate of Arlecchino may be different from these leaks. We have to wait until the official release of Fontaine and this upcoming character to know the exact elemental and design of this Fatui Harbinger.

As expected, Arlecchino may appear in a future update of Fontaine in 2024, before the next nation is unlocked. This Harbinger appeared in the video "A Winter Night's Lazzo". It featured the attendance of all ten harbingers at the funeral of La Signora. A lot of players are expecting her banner shortly, but we may have to wait until August or later. She also appeared in many cutscenes during story quests in Fontaine.

II. Arlecchino's Leaked Kit

After the release of Chevreuse, many Genshin Impact players have expected a new Overload DPS from Fontaine. Arlecchino is the one who is most likely to be that Overload DPS. Here are some rumors about her gameplay.

#1. Attack Kits

Arlecchino may rely on her normal and charged attacks like some other polearm users in this game. Her Elemental Skill and Burst also convey the Pyro element to hit enemies and trigger powerful elemental reactions, including Overload.

Especially, her elemental burst can deal AOE Pyro DMG to enemies on a large area of the battlefield. Moreover, she also entered a special state called 'Abyssal Mantle' that allows her to absorb her teammate's HP to deal higher damage on a larger AoE. Therefore, she needs a great HP buffer to support her burst.

#2. Overload DPS

She can be the best Overload DPS with the support from Chevreuse. At CM6, Chevreuse can give Arlecchino a 60% DMG buff to deal insanely high output damage on the opponent.

As teased, this Fatui Harbinger may work like Furina who has both Ousia and Pneuma states that can be switched by using the charged attack. Moreover, Arlecchino also drains her HP to deal tons of damage to the target during combat. Therefore, you must have at least one healer in her team, especially when challenging Spiral Abyss where you cannot consume food for recovery.

It would be best if you have a whole-team healer who is more flexible than Bennett. Kuki Shinobu can be a great choice for her Overload team when she needs the exclusive Overload buffs from Chevreuse. Bennett is a good replacement, but his healing skill has a limitation when your characters must stay inside the field of his Fantastic Voyage.

III. Arlecchino Gameplay

The overall power of the Overload reaction depends on the level of the DPS and her/his Elemental Mastery stats. Therefore, Genshin Impact players may need to invest in the highest level of this character for the best build and optimal output damage.

Besides, 4 pieces of Crimson Witch of Flames are believed to maximize her Overload damage. Her signature weapon is still unknown now, but this character should use a weapon with an ideal HP buff if her kit scales off this status. For example, Hu Tao's Staff of Homa and Cyno's Staff of Scarlet Sands can be two decent 5-star polearms for Arlecchino apart from her signature weapon.
