PUBG Mobile: The New Character System Is Now Online

With the 0.14.0 update, PUBG Mobile promised to bring players a new Character System and now it has finally launched. This new feature allows you to become a character with their own story, background, outfits, voice lines, emotes, and a special skill. Note that character skill only works in EvoGround.

To celebrate the new system, PUBG Mobile is giving out a character named Victor for free. All you have to do is log into the game and go to Time Limited in the Event menu. After that, tap on the It's the Day event and you will be shown a comic and video about our first character ever, Victor, a submachine gun geek. Victor's skill is Quick Reload, which reduces reloading time of submachine guns.

Otherwise, you can also access the Character menu by choosing the Workshop tab at the main screen then tap on the Character button.

In the Character menu, you will see that your character has 10 levels. Each level will increase the effectiveness of your skill and reward you with an exclusive item for your character. In order to level up, you will need to complete missions by playing the game as Victor (TDM and Infection mode are not eligible). If you don't have much time, you can also level up your character purchasing 200 XP for 12 UC. Some outfits, voice lines and emotes will be available after you have reached a certain level. However, some will cost you character shards, which you can collect through Character missions.

The Character missions only available from August 26 to September 9, so hurry up and get into the game now.
