Bennett is a 4-star Pyro Sword character that provides excellent support through his healing, ATK buff, battery capabilities, personal damage, and Pyro application. His high level of utility allows him to fulfill several roles while only taking up one team slot (often referred to as role compression). His substantial ATK buff can allow ATK-scaling DPS characters to deal much more damage.
In this article, Gurugamer is going to showcase the top 10 best teammates for Bennett in Genshin Impact 3.5.
1. Raiden Shogun
National is one of Bennett’s most popular team archetypes pairs him with Xiangling and Xingqiu. By adding an on-field Electro, Hydro, Anemo, or Cryo DPS, the team can trigger many Elemental Reactions and dish out significant damage. This team’s variants perform exceptionally well in single-target environments.
Raiden Shogun is often regarded as an excellent on-field carry for National teams, thanks to her tremendous personal damage, powerful buff, and batterying capability. The Burst DMG% buff from her Skill and Energy generation from her Burst are valuable for Xiangling and Xingqiu.
2. Jean
Bennett and Jean make a venerable pairing due to the interaction between their Elemental Bursts. To activate the “Sunfire” interaction, use Bennett’s Elemental Burst before Jean’s so that Jean can trigger an additional instance of Swirl at the beginning of her Burst. Bennett’s Burst continuously applies Pyro to the on-field character, and Jean’s Burst continuously triggers Swirl with the self-applied Pyro aura.
The resulting Pyro Swirls deal respectable damage and apply Pyro to enable other reactions. By introducing Electro and Hydro characters to react with Jean’s Pyro Swirls, the team can deal astounding damage.
3. Xiangling
Xiangling is a fantastic partner for Bennett. Her Burst’s ability to utilize Bennett’s buff throughout its entire duration makes her incredibly powerful. Her Pyro application is usually essential for her Reverse Melt teams to work.
She benefits substantially from Bennett’s ATK buff and, at C6, his Pyro DMG buff. Moreover, Bennett can reduce her ER requirements by funneling Pyro Energy particles with his Elemental Skill.
In Burgeon teams, Xiangling's Elemental Burst snapshots any buffs it has on cast through its entire duration. This should work well with Bennett. However, she should be played exclusively with Tartaglia to avoid Burning.
4. Xingqiu
Xingqiu is the best off-field Hydro applicator available, and he works great in National team, an on-field Bennett Burgeon team or alongside another on-field Pyro applicator. Usually, Bennett holds 4Ins and Xingqiu holds 4NO.
The synergy between Xingqiu/Xiangling/Bennett is excellent. Xingqiu provides Off-field Hydro application for Xiangling to Vaporize every hit of her Pyronado, allowing Bennett to continuously prefunnel Xiangling and lower her ER requirement.
5. Nahida
Bennett synergizes well with Burgeon teams because he can heal the self-inflicted damage caused by Burgeon. Nahida is not only the hands-down best Dendro applicator in the game but also a significant DPS in her own right. Her off-field Dendro application refreshes often and can keep up with Burgeon teams. She also provides a much-appreciated EM buff to her teammates.
6. Kazuha
Kazuha is an excellent off-field Anemo option due to his Elemental DMG% buff, grouping, and good personal damage from Swirls. He also provides the valuable 4-Piece Viridescent Venerer Resistance Shred. Kazuha should absorb Hydro into his Elemental Burst so that Xiangling properly triggers Vape.
He can act as a Pyro applicator when his Burst absorbs Pyro. Kazuha is best used in slow Cryo-applying situations like Ganyu’s Reverse Melt team. This also work in Burgeon teams - Kazuha can serve as an excellent Burgeon trigger since he already builds as much EM as possible.
7. Yelan
Yelan is an off-field Hydro single-target DPS that synergizes incredibly well with Bennett's teams. When using Yelan, Xiangling acts as the on-field driver with her fast Normal Attacks. She applies less Hydro than C6 Xingqiu but provides higher personal DPS.
8. Fischl
Fischl’s great off-field Electro DMG from Oz and her 4th Ascension Passive make her a good option for Bennett's national team. However, due to her single-target damage and frequent triggers of Overloaded, she may not be the best option in AoE situations.
In Burgeon teams, Fischl can fit well as a fourth slot option. Because a Quicken aura still maintains an underlying Dendro aura, Hydro application can still produce Dendro Cores. Furthermore, Fischl can allow Bennett to trigger Overloaded (which also scales off Character Level and EM). Additionally, she rarely triggers Hyperbloom due to Oz’s targeting.
9. Tartaglia
In Vaporize-focused teams, the best on-field Hydro applicator is Tartaglia. Bennett can serve as the premier support for Pyro DPS units or become an on-field Pyro DPS himself (especially at C6).
In Burgeon teams, Tartaglia applies enough Hydro to avoid Burning from occurring. Great with Xiangling or Kazuha.
10. Ganyu
Ganyu + Bennett's Reverse Melt team is good in single-target or low AoE. Her Charged Attacks and Frostflake Arrows can deal a massive amount of damage and trigger Melt on every hit with Xiangling or Kazuha’s Pyro-infused Elemental Burst.
