Valorant has been gaining more and more attention from FPS fans around the world during its closed beta. With the gameplay mixed between CS:GO and Overwatch, the game just as competitive and deep like CS:GO while being fun to play with the character system. While it's too early to tell that will Valorant will become the next best FPS esports title or not, the game seems to be doing pretty well in the PC game segment.
However, it seems that Riot has more plans for Valorant than that. Just recently, a Valorant player has found out that Valorant can be run one tablet mode and made a post on Reddit. It was an accident when he tried to play Valorant on his laptop, which was in tablet mode. To his surprise, the game screen showed control buttons on-screen just like games such as PUBG Mobile or Call of Duty Mobile.
The guy then loaded into a training match to use the control buttons and they actually worked. In the comment section, another Reddit user also revealed that control button icons in Valorant have been discovered since April 4 already.
This is quite good news for mobile users especially people who are playing shooter games on mobile such as PUBG Mobile. However, it is not very surprising that Riot is going to make a Valorant mobile game since Riot is own by Tencent and Tencent made both PUBG Mobile and Call of Duty: Mobile.
That being said, there has been no official announcement or confirmation from Riot about this matter yet. Furthermore, Valorant is only in beta now so the mobile version of it might not be released anytime soon yet.
