Krafton India Esports has officially released the rankings of the top 10 BGMI teams as the Battlegrounds Mobile India Pro Series (BMPS) 2025 approaches. As a result of their exceptional performances in the recently concluded BGIS 2025, Team Versatile has secured the coveted first position with an impressive 1200 overall points.

Top Teams Dominating the Rankings

In the current standings, Godlike Esports has claimed the second spot with 1150 points. Meanwhile, Reckoning Esports rounds out the top three with 920 points. Furthermore, Orangutan and Revenant XSpark complete the top five positions with 900 and 600 points respectively.

The competition remains fierce, however, as Medal Esports holds the sixth position despite having only one WWCD (Winner Winner Chicken Dinner). Additionally, True Rippers x Jelly has made a remarkable entry at seventh place despite having zero points in 2024, demonstrating their recent improvement.

FS Esports and SOA Esports follow closely in eighth and ninth positions. Finally, Cincinnati Kids completes the top 10 lineup with 400 overall points.

BMPS 2025 Tournament Structure

The action continues on May 22 when these elite teams will join 86 others in the BMPS 2025. Therefore, a total of 96 invited teams will battle for supremacy in this prestigious tournament. The comprehensive format for BMPS 2025 is outlined below:

Round 1 (May 22 – June 3)

All 96 teams will participate in this initial phase. Subsequently, the top 8 performers will advance directly to Semi-Finals Week 1. Teams ranked 9th through 16th will move to Round 3 for another opportunity. Nevertheless, the remaining 64 teams must continue their journey through Round 2.

Round 2 (June 5 – 8)

The 64 teams from Round 1 will compete intensely for qualification. Consequently, only the top 40 teams will progress to Round 3. Unfortunately, the bottom 24 teams will face elimination at this stage.

Round 3 (June 9 – 12)

This round will feature 48 teams in total – 8 qualified from Round 1 and 40 from Round 2. Moreover, only the top 24 teams will secure advancement to the Semi-Finals. The remaining teams, in contrast, will be eliminated from the competition.

Semi-Finals Week 1 (June 14 – 17)

A total of 32 teams will battle in this crucial stage – 24 from Round 3 plus the 8 top performers from Round 1. Above all, the top 8 teams will earn direct qualification to the Grand Finals. The other 24 teams, nonetheless, will proceed to Semi-Finals Week 2 for a final chance.

Semi-Finals Week 2 (June 19 – 22)

The 24 teams from Semi-Finals Week 1 will compete for the remaining Grand Finals spots. Thus, only the top 8 teams will qualify for the ultimate stage. In spite of their efforts, the remaining teams will be eliminated from the tournament.

Grand Finals (July 4 – 6)

The tournament culminates with 16 elite teams – 8 from each Semi-Finals week. These finalists will compete for the prestigious BMPS 2025 championship title and corresponding prizes. Indeed, this will be the definitive test of skill, strategy, and teamwork.
