Kazuha is an Anemo Sword user in Genshin Impact. He is one of the most popular characters in the game, especially for tackling harder content like Spiral Abyss. His core skill set shines when he is used as a support, however, if you manage to have his 6th constellation unlocked, he becomes a viable main DPS.
In this article, Gurugamer is going to showcase 5 reasons to pull for Kazuha in Genshin Impact.
1. High Elemental Damage boost
His 4th Ascension passive, Poetic of Fuubutsu, is one of the best support passive in the game:
- Upon triggering a Swirl reaction, Kaedehara Kazuha will grant teammates a 0.04% Elemental DMG Bonus to their corresponding Element for every point of Elemental Mastery he has for 8s. Bonuses for different elements obtained through this method can co-exist.
With an average build, Kazuha could get to 915 Elemental Mastery, which equates to a 36.6% elemental damage boost. His C2 also synergy with this greatly, giving Kazuha and his teammates 200 extra elemental mastery.
2. Can be a Battery for Energy Recharge
In addition to all his supportive capabilities, Kazuha is an amazing battery as well. The tap version of his Elemental Skill generates the most amount of energy, comparable to Venti's tap skill. Therefore, Kazuha can be added to teams that are suffering to refill their Elemental Burst.
3. Powerful Swirl DMG as a sub DPS
Kazuha's Elemental Burst, Kazuha Slash, expands into a wide AoE and deals continuous Swirl DMG to enemies inside. Positioning the Elemental Burst is pretty easy as it expands out and away from Kazuha. Whatever Element reacts with Kazuha's Burst first will set the Anemo Swirl DMG within the AoE. Kazuha's Elemental Burst color changes with the Element Swirl too, making a pretty sight for Kazuha-users.
4. Easy exploration with Skill and Passive Talent
Similar to Venti's Elemental Skill, Kazuha can launch himself in the air after holding Chihayaburu. This makes him a great character to have when exploring Teyvat. Kazuha's Exploration Talent, Cloud Strider, reduces stamina consumption while sprinting. This allows you to cover more ground at a much faster rate, or give you more stamina to use for other activities.
5. Fit in pretty much every team
Kazuha's crowd control capability is fairly decent. He can pull enemies and objects towards his position when using Chihayaburu.
Furthermore, Kazuha can Swirl two base elements at the same time using his abilities, leading to a higher enemy debuff when he's using the Viridescent Venerer artifact set. This allows Kazuha to function amazingly against Spiral Abyss bosses, as he lets the team burst down the big enemies with their colorful elemental reactions.
