In the OB27 update, Wukong received a big buff that causes him to be one of the hottest characters in Free Fire. The cooldown of his skill is reduced and it will reset whenever you get a kill. Because of this, you will see a lot of Wukong players in Free Fire both in Clash Squad and Battle Royale.

Wukong got buffed in the recent update.

Wukong's skill, Camouflage, can be very annoying if you don't know how to deal with it. In this article, we will show you 3 ways to counter Wukong in Free Fire.

1. Try to aim well

Wukong's Camouflage will turn the player into a bush for 15 seconds so the player won't get a headshot. Also, the auto-aim function, which most players rely on a lot, won't work on a bush

However, Wukong can still take damage from the bullet as usual as long as your aim is good. When turning into a bush, the player can only walk so it shouldn't be too hard to aim at them manually. If you can damage them enough, the bush will disappear and your auto-aim will work again.

Wukong will still take damage as a bush.

2. Use grenade

When in bush form, Wukong players can only walk, reload, change weapons. If they do something else, the bush will disappear. This makes them an easy target for grenades in general such as frag grenade and flash grenade.

Using grenades is one of the most effective ways to deal with Wukong.

3. Run Away

Wukong players can only walk while in bush form so you will be able to get away from them quite easily if they use it too soon. They will have to break the bush in order to chase after you or else you can just wait until the duration of the skill ends.
