Theater Mechanicus 2.0 Event Details

Genshin Impact Theater Mechanicus 2.0 called Stage of Wonders takes place from August 12th to 26th. To unlock this event, you need to complete the Archon Quest The Immovable God And The Eternal Euthymia, and the Ritou's Escape plan after it. Then, you need to find and talk to Komakata in Inazuma City and complete the Tutorial.

Basic Gameplay

Genshin Impact players will construct a number of Mechanici in pre-designed spots. These Mechanici statues will attack and cause Elemental and Physical DMG to opponents. You need to combine and arrange these machines to prevent enemies from reaching the targets.

Keep in mind that your characters cannot deal DMG directly to enemies. Therefore, you need to buy Mechanici statues to counter enemies. When selling a Mechanici that you have purchased, you can get back only 50-75% of the points you spent for it. As the number of spots is limited, you need to sell some statues when they want to change the elemental reactions.

There are ten stages with different levels of difficulty and names of Theater Mechanicus maps.

• Slumber Spirit's Bridge (Stage 1 & 6).
• Autumnal Resplendence (Stage 2 & 7).
• Spring Advent (Stage 3 & 8).
• Dream Pavilion (Stage 4 & 9).
• Twin Swallows' Arrival (Stage 5 & 10).

Obviously, some stages in this list have the same map names. From stages 6 to 10, the map will be rerun. However, the level of difficulty will increase a lot.

After completing the event challenges, players will obtain many attractive rewards. The exclusive rewards of this event include the event token Wondrous Talismans and the name card Wondrous Calculation. Players will use the event token to exchange their wanted objects from the event shop.

• 60 Primogems: 50 tokens.
• Talent materials: 15 tokens per item.
• Hero's Wit: 8 tokens per item.
• Mora x10000: 8 tokens.

Theater Mechanicus also have a list of challenges to complete and collect more Mechanicus Mastery EXP to level up. Ranking up in this event also rewards players with event tokens.

Strategy Points In Theater Mechanicus

Players have to clear from Stage 1 and collect EXP to level up to unlock higher stages. Each stage gives players different challenges and enemies. • Slumber Spirit's Bridge: Defeat enemies to earn Veneficus points and buy sticks to boost your Mechanicus.

Tips To Win Theater Mechanicus 2.0

There are a lot of enemy types in Genshin Impact Theater Mechanicus 2.0. Some of them are tougher to prevent. Therefore, you need some tips to deal with those bosses and complete all event stages before the event finishes.

1. Make use of elemental reactions

Although your characters cannot deal damage to enemies directly, they can still apply effects to make elemental reactions, such as Frozen, Overcharged, Super-product, Melt, and Vaporize. Therefore, you should use different elements, such as Hydro, Cryo, Electro, and Pyro. They can cooperate and combine with Mechanicus to make elemental reactions to slow down and eliminate enemies.

2. Use Geo Traveler character to block the path

The Elemental skill of Geo Traveler can create Geo blocks to prevent enemies. When you create three Geo blockages. you can block the path of enemies. If you don't have this character, you can team up with a player who has this character. This event allows players to play solo or team up with other players in the co-op mode.

3. Character Selection

In Genshin Impact Theater Mechanicus 2.0, catalyst and bow users are better. Their elemental skills often have large areas of effect. Therefore, they can apply elemental effects on a large group of opponents with the elemental attacks. The elemental bursts cannot be used in this event. Therefore, you need to choose characters who have a large AoE of Elemental ATK.

Some recommended characters for this event challenge are Childe, Ganyu, Barbara, Klee, Fischl, Mona, Lisa, and Yanfei. For example, Fischl's elemental skill works like an Electro Mechanici in this game mode. You can also use some Anemo characters to control the crowd better, such as Kazuha, Venti, Jean, and Sucrose.
