Garena is constantly adding new content to the game, with the most notable being the new characters. Usually, for each "OB" update, they add at least one or two new characters... and in the recent OB31 Advance Server Update, a new mystery character was revealed.

1. Ice Iron Skill

Nothing about the new mystery character was revealed except for his skill. Ice Iron is a passive that recovers your Gloo walls' durability every second. Furthermore, it increases the damage dealt by AR on Gloo walls.

Level-1: Recovers 10% HP per second, increase ARs damage to Gloo Walls by 20%
Level-2: Recovers 11% HP per second, increase ARs damage to Gloo Walls by 21%
Level-3: Recovers 12% HP per second, increase ARs damage to Gloo Walls by 22%
Level-4: Recovers 13% HP per second, increase ARs damage to Gloo Walls by 23%
Level-5: Recovers 14% HP per second, increase ARs damage to Gloo Walls by 24%
Level-6: Recovers 15% HP per second, increase ARs damage to Gloo Walls by 25%

Overall, the scaling of this skill is absolutely terrible, with players getting only a 5% increase from level 1 to 6. It is not worth wasting resources to level this character up at all.

2. How strong is the new mystery character in Free Fire OB31?

Overall, people don't usually waste bullets to destroy Gloo Walls, and 15% HP regenerate per second is not enough if the enemy chooses to do it. If you want to have a more durable Gloo Wall, just pick the Robo pet.

The 20% bonus damage on Gloo Wall is fairly useful, but it is too limited. You have to use AR for the extra damage - other weapons do not work. Garena should definitely buff this character in the upcoming release, as he is definitely not worth playing at his current form. It is best to either increase the damage bonus or make it applicable to all weapons.
