Recently there have been lots of talks around the game developer Itatake, the studio behind the horror swinging game Rest In Pieces that we loved and have covered several times before. That game hit the market back in March and have been receiving many steady updates (and even a port to Switch). But maybe some of you old-time mobile gamer know, back in 2012 this studio also launched an enjoyable physics puzzle game with the name of Pebble Universe.
Pebble Universe and its unique charm
But the thing is that it was also the time when the App Store was flooded with physics-based puzzles as the result of the famous Angry Birds. But somehow, the game Pebble Universe survived that and even stood out from the crowd with its exclusive gameplay based on timing. Here we have the trailer of the game, check the video out to see what it is all about.
Anyway, while Pebble Universe achieved a certain amount of success during its time, it might have faded from memory with the unforgiving flow of time as many great titles before it has. Thankfully, Itatake still has some lingering love for the game as it was the first game the studio ever made. Therefore, CEO Thomas Wedin has announced that they would revive the game with an update since it has been getting many love and great reviews. He thinks that it still has the potential to deliver an entertaining and unique experience. I totally agree with him on that matter. Even after 7 years of existence, the game still shines with its unique charms among other physics puzzlers.
It's time to relive the good old days
So, whether you are an old fan of Pebble Universe or are simply a thirster for a good puzzle game, now is the perfect time to come back to the game to relive the good old days. You can find Pebble Universe available for purchase on the App Store at a price of just $1.99 (Rs 140).
