Free Fire is a complex game with many aspects that players need to take care of. Apart from dealing with other players, you also need to keep your eyes on the safe zone so you don't lose HP or put yourself in a bad position. The players who can predict the next safe zone as well as know how to play around the safe zone will have a lot of advantages on their hands, thus having more chances to win the game.
In this article, we are going to show you 4 tips to play the safe zone in Free Fire to your advantage.
1. Drop near the center of the map
Since the safe zone appear randomly after players drop, there is no way to predict them beforehand. However, there is a high chance that the middle part of the map will be included in the zone. Thus, you would want to drop near this area to make sure you can get inside the zone in time.
You wouldn't want to land right in the middle of the map though because this area is highly competitive and you might die early.
2. Stay near the edge of the safe zone
It is common knowledge that players would want to stay on the edge of the safe zone than the center. By staying on the edge of the zone, you don't need to take care of your back, making it easier to spot enemies. It also reduces the chance of encountering multiple teams/ players at the same time.
However, you need to keep an eye on and predict the next safe zone in Free Fire because there is a chance that you need to move a lot to get there.
3. Always check the timer
Different strategies will require you to move at different times. However, you need to make sure that you don't move too late and get caught in the danger zone. Worse, there might be enemies inside the safe zone waiting for you to come and block your ways in. This will often result in a certain death as you cannot move in and you cannot stay outside.
4. Try to avoid fighting in the last circle
The last circle is often the most heated moment of the whole match. To survive the last safe zone in Free Fire which is really challenging, the remaining players are forced to fight each other all at once. However, the best thing to do is to avoid these fights as much as possible.
The best scenario will be letting them fight until there is only 1 team left and you will finish them off. Use utility items such as Smoke grenades and Gloo Wall to cover your positions if you are in an open area.
