1 - Scaramouche Genshin Impact Profile

Scaramouche, also known as Balladeer, is the 6th member of the Eleven Fatui Harbingers. He is an executive officer of the Fatui and the Tsaritsa. His real name is Kunikuzushi. Fatui Harbingers are supposed to be very strong - people expect Scaramouche to be about the same level as Tartaglia.

Genshin Impacts Scaramouche — The hat along with his stature makes it pretty inconvenient for any weapon but a catalyst.

Scaramouche first appears as an unknown character during "The Crisis Deepens", in which he tries to attack the protagonist upon finding out his Traveler identity. Scaramouche later heads to Liyue and Inazuma, following the Traveler's path. He didn't face the team head on, however - he tricked them into taking the old gods' wrath instead. Luckily, Yae Miko's arrival saved the Traveler, with Scaramouche allowing them to leave after taking Beelzebul's Gnosis.

Personality

According to Viktor, Scaramouche is an unlikeable person and is difficult to get along with. Even his fellow Harbingers dislike him. He is also cunning, murderous and unpredictable: in his first appearance, he pretended to be friendly to trick the Traveler and attempt to kill them.

Appearance

Scaramouche is a short, slender and youthful man, with indigo hair. His overall attire resembles traditional Japanese or Chinese wear, which is the usual style of Inazuma. The most striking feature of his attire is probably the gigantic hat, which comes equipped with a long cape.

2 - When will Scaramouche Genshin Impact be released?

Reliable leaker Genshin Intel said in June that Scaramouche is still under development alongside a number of other Genshin Impact upcoming characters. Furthermore, he is also from Inazuma, the setting of the current story arc of Genshin Impact 2.2. Because of this, it makes sense to expect Scaramouche's debut in Genshin Impact before the end of 2021.

Currently, Scaramouche's element and weapon are not yet confirmed. Based on his homeland and attire, it is likely that he is an Electro user. There were also leaks that reveal his weapon to be the catalyst as well, however, these kinds of details can be changed later, similar to what happened with Albedo (who uses a sword instead of a bow, despite being leaked as such).

If the leak turns out to be the truth, Scaramouche would be the first male character with an Electro Catalyst.
