We have seen several trailers and teasers of the newest creation of Hideo Kojima, Death Stranding so far. In fact, I covered some of them in the last few weeks already. But from the game footage from all those trailers, we still couldn't estimate the world size of Death Stranding. Mainly because those footages are seemed to be from similar environments. In the newest trailer, we got a glimpse at some new areas like the snowy mountain and forest. In fact, Hideo Kojima has mentioned the mountains when he tried to describe the size of the sandbox game.

Above is the tweet of Hideo Kojima discussing that you could actually navigate to the mountains. In the first picture, we see Sam looks at the mountains from quite a distance, then in the second picture, he climbs it just like in the trailer. Really impressive indeed.
The actual size of the map is a very interesting topic that lots of Hideo Kojima's fans are looking into. Horizon Zero game which uses the same Decima engine as Death Stranding has presented a quite varied and sizeable open world with amazing graphics. Let's hope that we will see an even more amazing open world with Death Stranding.
A mysterious game
Death Stranding is a new game from Hideo Kojima since he separated from Konami to develop his own game. Very little is known about the gameplay this game and that further attracting the curiosity of the gaming community worldwide. Death Stranding brings together well-known actors and actresses to include the actor in the series The Walking Dead. Norman Reedus will take on the main role and other famous actors like Mads Mikkelsen, Lea Seydoux, Lindsay Wagner. , Guillermo del Toro and Troy Baker will join in as well.
