How To Get The Podium Vehicle In GTA Online Every Week

The Lucky wheel in GTA Online's Diamond Casino is a great source of free items. Players can spin it every week to get various bonuses, including clothing, chips, RP and cash. The grand prize of the wheel is the podium vehicle, which switch out fairly frequently.

1. How to get the Podium Vehicle in GTA Online

As the power of the wheel and the position of the winning row is static, there are 2 methods to obtain the grand prize: the nine-to-six trick and the two-second timing trick.

But before that, players need to join a session and get a fresh Lucky Wheel first. According to the GTA Online Community, the Lucky Wheel with the clothing award on top and the vehicle award two blocks to its left is considered a fresh wheel. If players don't have a fresh Lucky Wheel, quit the current session and join an Invite Only session.

Nine-to-six trick

This is primarily for console players, as controllers are the standard form of input devices there. PC players who use controllers can also benefit from this method.

Firstly, open the stopwatch app on your smartphone. Participate in the lucky draw, and immediately start the stopwatch as soon as you confirm participation.
Hold your left thumb stick to the straight left (9 o'clock position). Slowly rotate it 90 degrees counterclockwise to 6 o'clock position. Keep an eye on the timer as this process should not exceed 2 seconds.
Release the stick once the timer reach 2 or 2.2 seconds - the wheel should rotate slowly and stop at the podium vehicle reward.

As the trick requires fast reaction, players might need to practice a bit to get used to it. If you make any mistakes, exit the game or disconnect the internet before the wheel stop spinning. The game will not register the spin and you should be able to try again.

2 seconds trick

If you don't use a controller, there would be no option to control the Lucky wheel's spinning velocity. Simply pressing S would cause it to spin at maximum speed.

However, GTA players have measured the result of the wheel based on spin time - you can just replicate the same process above, but press the S button for exactly 2 seconds. This will cause the wheel to stop at the Podium vehicle award.

Similarly, just disconnect or ALT + F4 before the wheel stop if you made any mistakes - the game would let you spin again.

2. About GTA Online Lucky Wheel
